We are looking for a skilled and experienced SiteManager to oversee the construction of data center. The SiteManager will be responsible for managing daily on-site operations, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards while meeting project timelines and budget requirements. Job Summary:

Responsible for procurement of tools and materials to be delivered at specified times to conform to work schedules.
Confers with and directs supervisory personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and executing work procedures, interpreting specification, and coordinating various phases of construction to prevent delays.
Confers with supervisory personnel to resolve complaints and grievances within work force.
Prepares or review reports on progress, materials used and costs, and adjusts work schedules as indicated by reports.
May provide expert advice as it relates to a specific division of work.
Will meet with the customer and refer all customer requested changes to the SM and PM for proper disposition.
Will work with city officials, OSHA, and inspectors throughout the duration of the project. Ensure required inspections are conducted per the project specifications and documents and proper documentation is kept
Responsible for the communication, implementation and enforcement of Gray's safety program on site.

You will attend all production meetings and manage the communication in such a way that our Customers would feel engaged with you and your site team and would see the value we bring to their organization. You are responsible for developing a budget with the Director RBS Operations and then managing that budget with our Customer as deemed necessary. Assist the MHE Quality Assurance (QA) and HSE adviser with verifying adherence to all relevant standards and procedures
Approve revised MHE documents, drawings and correspondence prior to their issue
Manage MHE and the Maintenance Cost Plan (MCP)
Monitor progress of associated sub-suppliers
Ensure timely supply of the MHE maintenance hardware
Assist with MHE Quality, Health, and Safety within the MHE maintenance scope
Continue the MHE Health and Safety File
