Primoris Renewables is looking for an individual to lead the pre-construction (“capture”) team at along with generating and managing proposals for the Utility PV, DG PV, Battery Storage, and High Voltage projects. This role will be responsible for collaborating with the client account managers (“CAM”), lead estimators, and other members of the capture team to develop the list of deliverables based on the Request for Pricing ("RFP”) from our clients that are required for the proposal and ensure that all deliverables are received from the various stakeholders and then compiled into a professional proposal.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for developing and executing upon award/capture strategy win projects as well as developing and executing a contract execution strategy with support from the Contracts team to ensure that contracts are executed on time.
Leads capture team and is responsible for managing all key stakeholders involved in accurate and on time proposal development including estimating, engineering, procurement, subcontracting, contracting, and operations.
Leads project kick offs and assigns all deliverables from engineering, estimating, and pre-construction. Leads weekly internal and external engineering, contracting, and pricing meetings as needed to report on status of deliverables and ensure they are being completed on time and accurately. Participates in design review/engineering hand off and provides input on design and technology selection in concert with senior estimator and estimating manager?

Develop, execute, and manage LNTP's for engineering and long lead material procurement. Works with lead estimator to understand scope, schedule, and price. Coordinates with contracts team to compile and execute the LNTP agreements. If LNTP requires site work, will coordinate through operations project manager.
Responsible for ensuring proper review of all contracts exhibits from responsible stakeholders and is assigned key operations/execution contract exhibits to review, redline, and provide feedback on. Also responsible for ensuring all contract language between the EPC agreement and the exhibits that can affect pricing is provided to the lead estimator to be captured in the final price.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in business, construction/project management, or other relevant discipline, master's degree preferred.
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in Project Management and/or Proposal Management.
Previous experience in prepositioning and proposal development for projects in excess of $100M

Position Summary
The Construction Manager will be responsible for Work Verification and Quality Assurance on the Pole Reinforcement Program, System Inspections. The Construction Manager supports Standards adherence, consults on proper execution of work and project site details, coordinates with construction crews, oversees project inspectors, and on a project specific basis performs construction oversight. The incumbent may also prepare job packages and construction estimates, conduct job walks, and meet with bidders, contractors, and governing agencies. The Construction Manager ensures projects are completed per company standards, engineering design, regulatory guidelines, permits and schedule.
The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory and will be agreed upon by the successful candidate and hiring leader.
This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and assigned location, subject to change per business needs.
PG&E is providing the salary range that can reasonably be expected for this position at the time of the job posting. This salary range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.

Job Responsibilities

Job Summary

Managing Customer and client satisfaction and representing and improving brand operations

In house Human Resources management, overseeing all aspects of safety and health requirements and daily office management.
Overseeing status of small and large-loss jobs and communicating processes with management and ownership.
Maintaining inventory for equipment, vehicles and facilities related maintenance. ‘personal ownership'
Ensure clear communication with entire staff, ability to manage relationships.
Experience with Industry standard software. (Dash, Mica, Xactimate, Symbility)
Qualifications:

Pay rate: $3095.95 semi-monthly
About the Position:
The Operations Manager ensures that Hope Cooperative's internal operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with the organization's mission of supporting individuals experiencing homelessness, mental health challenges, and co-occurring substance use disorders. This role oversees day-to-day administrative functions, supervises office support staff, manages vendor relationships, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Working under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Operations Manager serves as the central point of coordination for administrative, facilities, IT, and operational functions. By creating strong systems, streamlining processes, and supporting staff across the agency, this role enables Hope Cooperative's program teams and leadership to focus on delivering high-quality services to the community. The Operations Manager also fosters a collaborative, inclusive workplace culture that values equity, respect, and accountability.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Administrative and Office Management
Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a professional, efficient, and welcoming environment.
Manage office resources, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Supervise office support staff and provide support to staff across all departments.
Coordinate organizational calendars, meeting logistics, and administrative workflows.
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for agency records, contracts, and compliance documents.
Human Resources & Staff Support
Support HR functions as related to new hire onboarding, benefits administration, and initial employee inquiries.
Partner with the COO on internal policies, compliance requirements, and staff engagement efforts.
Assist with staff training coordination, professional development logistics, and internal communications.
Finance & Compliance Support
Work with the Finance team to process invoices, track expenses, and maintain accurate records.
Assist with preparation for audits, licensing reviews, and reporting requirements.
Monitor compliance with agency procedures, health and safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
IT & Technology Oversight
Supervise IT support staff, ensuring timeline response to technology needs across the organization.
Coordinate with external IT vendors and contractors for system maintenance, cybersecurity, and equipment support.
Help identify and implement technology tools that improve organizational efficiency and collaboration.
Cross-Department & Event Support
Provide administrative and logistical support for agency-wide meetings, trainings, and special projects.
Collaborate with Philanthropy team to ensure smooth operations for agency events.
Serve as a resource for staff across programs, helping troubleshoot operational. Challenges and streamline processes.
Agency Wide
Act as a designated Mandated Reporter for the observed or suspected abuse and/or neglect of children, disabled individuals, dependent adults and elder/senior citizens. Mandated Reporter also includes “Duty to Warn” which includes the responsibility to notify authorities and the intended victim(s) of physical harm.
Ensure the protection and confidentiality of all Protected Health Information (PHI) by following all policies and procedures in the Agency HIPAA Manual.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises Office support staff and IT Support staff.
Provide leadership, training, support, and performance feedback to administrative team members.
Manage external vendors, contractors, and consultants as assigned.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, nonprofit management, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Minimum of 1 year of progressive experience in office management, operations, or administrative leadership.
Experience supervising staff, volunteers, or contractors.
Knowledge of HR processes, compliance requirements, and basic finance practices strongly preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with office technology, databases, and workflow systems.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Previous experience working with individuals with psychiatric and/or other disabilities, homelessness and substance abuse is highly desirable.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Possess a valid California Driver's License and current vehicle insurance. Driving records must meet, and continue to meet, the underwriting standards established by the generalized driving guidelines used by our insurance broker. Must provide proof of insurance.
Must have at least 3 or more years of driving experience.
Other Skills, Abilities, and Job Requirements:
Ability to pass clearance of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and/or Department of Justice (DOJ) background screenings
Consumer of mental health services or a family member of a mental health consumer is desirable
Work overtime as requested and approved, including after-hours duty as needed
