The Role
We're looking for a Project Manager that will provide leadership and direction for successful data center project completion. The Project Manager will provide a keen focus on the quality delivery and profitability of the job by planning, scheduling, and managing the project team while ensuring that the schedule and project goals for the job are met. It is critical that the Project Manager perform this work within the policies, ethical standards and objectives of Hermanson Company.
Project Managers will also be responsible for employee training and development (including their own growth and development), coordination with other departments and group managers to help meet strategic company goals, and for providing world-class customer service and building strong customer trust and relationships.
The successful Project Management candidate will have the technical and working knowledge generally achieved from at least 5 - 10 years of successful experience in the mechanical construction industry in capacities that would provide direct experience and exposure to Project Manager duties.
The salary range for this position is $95,000 to $140,000.

Qualifications
The successful Project Management candidate will have the technical and working knowledge generally achieved from at least 5 - 10 years of successful experience in the mechanical construction industry in capacities that would provide direct experience and exposure to project manager duties. In addition, we are seeking someone who:
Has a proven track record of excellent customer relations and problem solving.
Has a strong technical knowledge of mechanical system operations,

Position Overview:
The Assistant Construction Production Manager plays a critical supporting role in field production activities. This individual works closely with the Production Manager to ensure construction crews are aligned with the daily work plan, schedules are maintained, and the quality and safety standards of each project are upheld. The ideal candidate has hands-on construction experience, strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating daily work plans and activities for field crews and subcontractors.
Support the tracking of labor hours, material usage, and jobsite progress.
Help maintain daily reports, punch lists, and field documentation.
Conduct jobsite walk-throughs to monitor safety, quality, and progress.
Relay updates, instructions, and changes from Production Manager to the field.
Address minor field issues promptly and escalate larger concerns as needed.
Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are ready and staged appropriately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite environment.
Qualifications:
2 5 years of experience in construction field operations or site supervision.
Strong understanding of construction processes, tools, and safety protocols.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and work scopes.
Effective communicator with leadership presence in the field.
Detail-oriented with good time management and organization skills.
Familiarity with construction software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Excel) a plus.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
Valid driver s license and reliable transportation required.

The Senior Construction Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of multiple construction projects from initial concept through completion and closeout. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, organization, scheduling, implementation, and closeout for multiple, concurrent assignments.
Lead and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction through clear communication, proactive updates, and high-quality project execution.
Develop and review project estimates, budgets, and cost projections; ensure financial accuracy and adherence to project budgets.
Negotiate and execute contracts and buyouts with subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Requirements:Education, Experience, and Training

Strong background in commercial or institutional construction; experience with medical facility or healthcare projects (ground-up and renovations) highly preferred.
Demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously from preconstruction through closeout.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
Technical and Computer Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Advanced Excel skills and experience with project budgeting and cost tracking required.
Experience with project management and construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms) preferred.

**Turner & Townsend** are looking for an experienced **Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor** to act as the key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value-added cost management service.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Estimating and negotiating change orders throughout the construction lifecycle.
+ Provide estimate and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan.
+ Review and participate with the design services team and general contractor in the development of cost estimates.
+ Reconcile changes and assist the general contractor to ensure that their data is accurate.
+ Communicate or meet with the general contractor and owner of project manager to gather status information to prepare a cost estimate update.
+ Prepare written comments to the general contractor's submissions, including the executive summary.
+ Coordinate all sources of cost information for cost discussions and suppliers direct from NPA, subs, quantities from A/Es.
+ Inform and drive engineering priorities based on cost impact.
+ Work proactively with minimal supervision to resolve scheduling issues.
+ Manage cost checks and carry out valuations on larger projects. Complete timely, accurate cost checking and valuation processes.
+ Participate effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processes.
+ Manage Cost impact / contingency management and commitment tracking logs.
+ Prepare funding data presentations and coordinate VE sessions with stakeholders.
+ Developing cost plans and estimates through the design phase, delivering updated cost plans at appropriate design milestones.
+ Providing commercial input to design optioneering and input into value engineering exercises.
+ Reviewing contractor and subcontractor pricing and leading negotiations on behalf of the client to drive fair contract prices.
+ Performing quantity surveying, cost controls, and change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Ensuring that post-contract cost variances and change control processes are managed effectively.
+ Ensuring that cost auditing and valuation work is managed effectively and that a robust process for cost validation is in place.
+ Carrying out the production of monthly cost reports for presentation to the client.
+ Ensuring that final accounts are negotiated and agreed upon in a timely manner.
+ Compiling built cost estimate records for benchmarking purposes.
+ Identify, coach and mentor talent to realize their potential and celebrate the success of others.
+ Display excellence in leadership and service delivery on commissions is in line with the conditions of appointment
+ Financial Management - Utilize internal software to track ongoing margin levels and monthly fee/resource forecasts for each commission and financial reports
+ Implement and maintain the use of internal Business Management Systems and company delivery methodologies and tools in the office to ensure consistent delivery of best practice for Clients and the company

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
+ Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience working in a cost management role in the construction industry.
+ RICS accredited or working towards it is preferred.
+ Experience of leading cost management on medium or large sized construction projects of medium to high complexity.
+ Construction consultancy experience is strongly preferred.
+ Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
+ Excellent communication skills.
