RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Demonstrated experience managing the full lifecycle of technical systems-from initial deployment and installation through field maintenance and system upgrades
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to serve as a primary liaison between field personnel, technical teams, and government and/or commercial clients
Experience operating in field-based technical environments, including logistics coordination, installation oversight, and resolution of systemic technical issues across distributed equipment fleets
Proven success in technical project or program management within high-security, government-regulated environments such as Client, DoD, DoE or similar national security programs
Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and resources for complex technical deployments

TRAVEL:
This position is primarily remote; however, the Site Manager will be expected to travel occasionally to project sites. Position Overview
This is a skilled position as an experienced Project Manager involving the preparation of budgets, monthly quantity estimates, labor and overhead costs, and construction management of State DOT and Commercial projects near the Winchester, VA and Eastern Panhandle of WV.

Lift and carry up to 50 lbs., bend, kneel, twist, and reach overhead or below the waist
Navigate stairs, move quickly, and stay on your feed throughout the shift
Take orders accurately, process payments efficiently, and communicate clearly
Work safely around hot cooking equipment, cleaning supplies, and common ingredients like oil and flour
Maintain a clean, safe Restaurant while following all food safety and company procedures
Occasionally drive on behalf of the Company for work-related purposes (e.g., picking up product for the Restaurant) when required by business needs (e.g., when a salaried leader is on a leave of absence or there is a role vacancy).
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent required
3+ years of Restaurant or retail management experience
Possess a valid, state-issued driver's license
Must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends and travel as needed for work-related functions and training
Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
Self-driven, flexible, and energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
Able to recognize and analyze problems, set goals, create and convert plans into action to solve problems
Proficient in a variety of technology systems including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
Preferred Qualifications:
New Restaurant opening experience
