Position Overview The Construction Manager - Multifamily will be responsible for leading the construction high rise buildings in Miami, ensuring that the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires at least 7 years of experience in multifamily and high-rise construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from pre-construction through completion. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills, capable of managing complex construction logistics, mitigating risks, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. Your tasks Collaborate with Development Team for project turn-over and throughout all phases of construction administration. Oversee all phases of the construction process, ensuring adherence to design, schedule, and budget. Work closely with architects, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors to drive project success. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce quality control, and ensure safety compliance.
