We are currently hiring for a full-time Project Manager to work out of our McLeansville, NC office. This is a Full-Time, year-round position with time split between office and field. Responsibilities: Scheduling; Tracking Production and Inventory Handling Subcontracts and Purchase Orders Coordinating & Supervising Varying Work Schedules (for Day/Night Work) and Crew Mobilizations from job to job Working Closely with Project Owners, Prime Contractors, Inspectors, Field Engineers, Field Superintendents and Subcontractors/Suppliers as needed to successfully complete our construction projects Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical Engineering, or Construction Management Well-qualified candidates will have 5+ years working in project management for a heavy civil construction company with prior experience managing construction projects, preferably involving bridge and/or pavement overlay related work, but other types of experience will be considered Other Important Qualifications: Good organizational and time management skills, employee managerial experience, excellent computer skills including strong Microsoft Excel skills, a willingness to continue learning and mentor younger engineers, ability to work as a team, great communication skills (both verbal and written) , enthusiasm and the ability to multi-task and coordinate/complete your projects successfully are all essential to this job.
