Assistant General Managers are responsible for the daily operations at a ModWash location while supporting the general manager with site and team responsibilities. You'll work as a team to drive membership sales while ensuring each guest has an outstanding experience to help grow the ModWash brand. What you'll do:

* Maintain a delivery log and manage deliveries to site with the shipping department.
* Prepare daily reports and track progress of the project.
* Document, track, and research all fabrication errors, detailing errors or erection issues (FCN's), and coordinate the required correction with the parties involved.
* Track and understand design changes and revised drawings to help coordinate with the site team. This includes the tracking of any field work required to the correct change order number.
* The ability to work overtime including weekends if required, and regular, punctual attendance is required.
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of experience with steel fabrication and/ or steel erection. Must be familiar with AISC and OSHA requirements. Must have proficient oral/written communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, have the ability to learn new software used by specific clients.
Physical Demands
Some overtime required to meet deadlines. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds occasionally. Requires long periods of sitting. This position is fulltime onsite which may require temporary travel for extended periods of time. All of the physical demands listed are essential functions.

Position Summary
The PRM Operations Manager is responsible for leading all beef and pork processing operations at Perdido River Meats. This role oversees day-to-day plant operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a start-up manufacturing environment.
This is a senior leadership role requiring strong operational expertise, people leadership, and hands-on execution.Key Responsibilities
Lead all meat processing operations including slaughter, fabrication, grinding, packaging, and shipping
Establish operational workflows, SOPs, HACCP plans, and compliance programs
Ensure compliance with USDA, FSIS, HACCP, OSHA, and food safety standards
Build, train, and develop plant leadership and production teams
Develop and manage KPIs to drive performance and accountability

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Meat Science, Food Science, Animal Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
OR
4 years of progressively responsible plant experience in a related industry
10+ years of meat processing operations experience (15 years preferred)
10+ years of supervisory or management experience
Experience with new plant start-ups or major expansions strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of USDA, FSIS, HACCP, OSHA, and food safety regulations
Ability to work flexible and irregular hours as needed
Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check

Provide for the daily administrative needs to execute WCC production contract oversight to include documentation and administrative support in the areas of communications, documentation capture, writing, task tracking, briefings, and meeting support.
Develop and generate PowerPoint presentations, emails, documents, white papers, spreadsheets, graphs, program documentation, and record meeting notes and action items.
Obtain and present information and prepare a variety of recurring and special reports.
Provide input and editing to routine and non-routine reports.
Prepare executive and staff level correspondence and non-technical reports; maintain logs and records on incoming correspondence and follow up to ensure timely action; review outgoing correspondence to ensure material is compliant with WCC PRO policies.

Maintain the WCC PRO IMS to document internal recurring events and milestones related to WCC PRO operations and incorporate updates to the WCC PRO IMS on a bi-monthly basis or as needed.
Location: Primarily onsite at Horizon Shipbuilding, 13980 Shell Belt Rd, Bayou La Batre, AL 36509. May be some limited “local remote”/telework flexibility, based on contract & customer requirements.
Typical Physical Requirements: Desk/computer work in an office environment. May involve: repetitive motion. Periodic visits to waterfront/shipboard environments. May involve: traversing shipboard environments (e.g., confined spaces, ladders, hatches) or vision.
Eligibility for a SECRET Security Clearance is Required: This position requires eligibility for a Secret security clearance, to be obtained after hire. Only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance; therefore, only current U.S. citizens will be considered for this position.
Typical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical discipline.
