Investigate and diagnose incidents to restore a failed IT service as quickly as possible and within specified SLAs

Liaison between Tech and external support to resolve escalated incidents and ensure timely closure
Record and classify received incidents and undertake immediate corrective action for moderate complexity queries under moderate supervision
Research and recommend alternative actions for incident resolution
Contribute to command-and-control related activities focused on restoration of complex outages
Conduct complex maintenance procedures for applications independently
Monitor and evaluate the performance of the application by tracking and analyzing appropriate metrics
Perform maintenance (corrective, adaptive, perfective) and re-engineering activities
Analyze application logs, maintenance activity data, performance data, and provide analysis
Evaluate change requests to identify those which are valid and feasible
Troubleshoot performance and availability bottlenecks for assigned application independently
Triage to detect and determine symptom versus cause of defects
Actively provide data for and participate in RCA
Build, maintain, and enhance effective internal and external partnerships
Influence technical outcomes and assist in communicating shared goals with diverse groups and parties
Identify and address additional partner technical needs and educate them on value creation
Communicate with other individuals or teams to solve shared business problems cooperatively
Bring ideas and technical solutions proactively to business partners and stakeholders

**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**
The Assistant Site Manager supports the Site Manager in the daily supervision of the sanitation crew, which entails the daily management of operations. Job duties include
Monitor, measure, and report on operational issues and opportunities, and assists the Site Manager develop and implement improvement plans.
+ Communicate with the Site Manager daily to report accidents, downtime, damage, and other important plant issues.

About This Role
Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a a dynamic and skilled Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM). This field-based role will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to eliminate access barriers, educate on prior authorization processes, and address roadblocks for eligible patients while enhancing conversion rates and treatment adherence.
The Field Reimbursement Manager will have responsibilities at a territory level and exhibit business knowledge of the local landscape. This is a field-based role and candidates must in their assigned geography.

* Educate customers and staff regarding payer policies and processes supporting patient access (i.e., eligibility and benefit verification, prior authorization, and appeals/denials)

* Must live in the territory's geography
* Ability to travel up to 50-75% required, which may include overnight travel

Olsson provides construction management, administration, and observation services for both public and private projects to assure that work is performed in conformance with project documents. Our construction services include daily observation / inspection, project documentation, submittal review, design support, shop drawing review, payment application review, payroll review, and oversight for materials testing. We provide technically qualified personnel for our clients' specific project requirements.
As a Construction Manager/Inspector, you would be responsible for complex construction projects, managing and overseeing the quality of construction at the project site. In this role you will act as a quality assurance manager representing the owner with regards to all construction activities. Duties include tracking that special inspections and materials testing is being completed, overseeing RFIs and submittals, attendance at project meetings and provide verification overall that the quality documentation of the project is being completed per the owners' requirements.
