Sentry Management, Inc. is seeking a On-Site Community Representative I to work closely with the Community Association Managers on the day to day activities of managing Associations.
A Community Representative will assist the Manager in administrative functions to provide services to Condominium and Homeowner Associations. The Community Association Managers are responsible for managing the day to day operations of the community placing high importance on timely communication, responsiveness, organization, customer service and follow up.
The candidate will be expected to assist the Manager with the following tasks and grow with the position to one day become a Community Association Manager.
Assist the manager with some or all of the following tasks:
• Act as liaison between the Board of Directors, vendors, homeowners and staff
