As Alaska's largest oil and gas producer, the company produced an average 182 thousand barrels of oil 2017. ConocoPhillips, with about 1,100 Alaska employees, holds major ownership interests in the Prudhoe Bay Unit, the Kuparuk River Unit, and the Colville River Unit (Alpine). ConocoPhillips operates the Kuparuk and Alpine oil fields on the North Slope. The company has an ownership interest in the Trans Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS) and owns/operates the Polar Tankers fleet.
Asset Description
Willow is an oil discovery located within the Bear Tooth Unit (BTU) in the National Petroleum Reserve of Alaska (NPR-A) approximately 30 miles west-southwest of the Alpine Central Facility (ACF) on the North Slope of Alaska.
The Willow Development is expected to contain greater than 600 MMBOE gross recoverable resource. The initial phase of Willow development will include a new Willow Central Processing Facility (WCF), three drill sites, pipelines, roads, bridges, and supporting infrastructure. The second phase of development will include at least one additional drillsite.
Scope Summary
The Project will require six (6) years of field construction commencing in 2023 and completing in 2028. Early construction work focuses on establishing infrastructure, gravel roads, bridges, airstrip, pipelines, and temporary and permanent camps. Later construction work focuses on the installation of process facilities on WCF and 3 drillsites.
Field construction commences in 2023 (Year 1) with limited civil construction. 2024 (Year 2) continues with civil construction and begins pipeline construction. 2025 (Year 3) continues civil and pipelines and on pad facility work starts with the installation of the permanent camp and infrastructure at the Willow Operations Center (WOC). 2026 (Year 4) completes civil construction, continues pipeline construction, and starts facility construction on the WCF. 2027 (Year 5) continues pipeline and facility construction work and work begins on the drillsites. 2028 (Year 6) completes pipeline and facility construction for the initial development phase.
The Willow pipeline and poweline scope includes including ~200 miles of above ground pipeline, ~8500 vertical support members, ~30 miles of above ground power and fiber, and (3) ~1 mile horizontally directionally drilled under river pipeline bores. The work will be executed on 2 geographically distinct workfronts spanning 85 miles and the construction supervisor will oversee one of the two workfronts.
Position Summary
The Willow Construction Supervisor is a functional report to the Willow Pipeline Superintendent and is a core member of the Willow Construction Team. The position is responsible for the safe and successful delivery of the Willow Pipeline Program. Reporting to the Construction Supervisor are Construction Coordinators who help to oversee the day-to-day field activities. Assiting the supervisor is a field pipeline Planner who aides with coordinating, prioritzing, and progressing contractor work scopes. The position is accountable for reviewing engineering drawings, verifying material quantities, identifying shorts, identifying execution issues and constraints, reviewing contractor execution plans, and leading the construction readiness process prior to contractor field mobilization. Upon mobilization the Construction Supervisor is accoutable for monitoring construction progress, identifing and resolving SimOps issues, providing input on the priortization of critical activities to contractor leadership, and ensuring the health and safety of all field personnel.

As part of the Willow Construction Team the Willow Construction Supervisor is responsible to develop and finalize yearly construction plans, supervise assigned field construction activities, and to lead field safety and environmental performance as listed below:
Planning
Prepare the Construction Readiness checklist for each winter/summer campaign
Review construction permits and stipulations, engineering drawings, identify execution constraints, hazards, and finalize the field construction plan for each year's work scope.
Participate in the constructability process and provide feedback to the Willow Pipeline Planner and Willow Field Pipeline Planner roles.
Provide input to the construction support strategies and processes (camps, aviation, ground transportation, construction equipment, fuel forecast, material delivery, and laydown requirements).
Actively promote Company knowledge sharing; apply best practices, synergies, and lessons learned from other projects and operations.
Execution
Develop Company deliverables required in the Construction Readiness process.
Lead the construction readiness process, weekly Company and Contractor planning meetings, ensure Company and Contractor deliverables are reviewed and approved by the accountable function, ensure meeting minutes are being taken, distributed and maintained, and review the readiness checklist and receive approval from the Field Superintendent that all action items are satisfactorily addressed before approving Contractor mobilization.
Ensure a smooth transition of the Construction Plan to the field.
Provide oversight and supervise all assigned construction resources to ensure key project milestones are achieved and all company execution standards are met for scope, cost, quality, and HSE.
Monitor Contractor performance of work through the Construction Key Performance Indicator Reports.
Direct the Contractor in the areas of performance and performance improvement opportunities.
Ensure periodic Progress/Performance Review meetings occur with Contractors, Construction Leadership and Project Management Teams.
Interface with and provide oversight of construction contractor field leadership.
Manage interfaces between field construction contractors.
Manage day-to-day activities for all construction contracts to deliver requirements of contracts.
Coordinate overall project execution including SIMOP's activities with Drilling, Completions and Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure all assigned rooms and/or areas are clean and sanitized by the end of the shift.
* Remove all used linen and rubbish and process as reviewed.
* Communicate with supervisors and other team members for service or technical updates, requests, or concerns.
* Maintain organization for all housekeeping storage areas, ensuring they are clean of clutter and cross-contamination.
* Complete regular projects and deep cleaning.
REQUIREMENTS
* Must pass a pre-employment background check.
* Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available.
* Must be eligible to work in the United States. Holland America-Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-2B status).

Job DescriptionSalary: $24-$26 hourly
Trailside Discovery Camp is an award winning 12-week summer camp for local Alaskans ages 5-14 that offers environmental education and high adventure day programs as well as overnight trips that take campers into Alaskas wilderness. The Site Manager is responsible for maintaining a safe, fun environment for campers and staff at their site. This person will be the point of contact at their site for guest speakers, field trips, parents and camp staff from other locations.
Qualifications:
Available for the duration of our summer season
Have a valid drivers license, a clean driving record, and be at least 21 years old
Previous management or leadership experience
Previous experience working with kids in a formal setting
Formal experience in youth environmental education, education, environmental sciences, or a related field
Confidence in driving a 15 passenger van with a trailer
Current First Aid/CPR certification (we offer a course during staff training!)
Ability to work well with other managers, instructors of all ages, and campers ages 5-14
Skilled at time management and prioritizing tasks in order to facilitate the best experience possible for campers at all sites
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Desire to be a part of a diverse team of managers from different life backgrounds

Supporting the Program Manager, Behavior Specialists, Instructors and Assistant Instructors at the site
Coordinating with other Site Managers, the Logistics Manager, and the Camp Director to ensure that all sites share resources fairly
Communicating effectively with parents via group texts, emails, and in person at check-in and check-out
Creating the staff schedule according to staff preferences and getting staff their schedules in a timely manner
Ensuring the safety of campers and staff at the site by following and enforcing group ratios, wildlife safety measures, and proper medical protocols when necessary
Resolving conflicts between campers, staff and mediating parent concerns
Being the primary contact at the site for coordinating field trips and guest speakers
Communicating with park staff and other organizations that we work closely with in order to ensure that camp runs smoothly
Preparing for and leading weekly staff meetings
