The Site Supervisor: + Will lead by example and enforce compliance with customer and company work standards, policies and procedures + Will support Security requirements and fill in as Site Supervisor as needed + Will act as the on-site managerial authority of their site and make real time performance and operational decisions + Will serve as the point of contact for callouts and questions for their assigned site. + Establishes effective relationships and communications, both internally and externally, with persons of all backgrounds and organizational levels + Accepts responsibility for his/her own performance and demonstrates the capability to assist other team members in reaching success within the organization + Contributes to building a positive team environment + Mentors, coaches and trains new members of the team to meet or exceed program standards + Tracks timesheets, facilitates clock in/out of employees and monitors attendance of assigned personnel + Prepares accurate, detailed, and timely reports + Enforces workplace security policies, procedures, and uniform standards + Executes guard mount briefings with clarity and command of the subject matter + Possesses and demonstrates a positive approach toward achieving outstanding customer satisfaction + Constantly seeks ways to improve and promote quality with existing and/or future innovations + Displays ability and willingness to make decisions and offer guidance in real time + Exhibits sound and accurate judgment + Focuses on resolving conflict, providing performance feedback, recommending and executing corrective action + Report in real time to assigned Area Manager. **Required Experience:** + **Must have an Active Top Secret US Government Clearance.
