This position will report to the StructureCraft Builders Site Superintendent or Project Manager to deliver high quality wood structures safely, on time and on budget. The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing operations RRA locations, managing crew members depending on car flow. This role ensures safe, efficient, and profitable inspection and repair of railroad rolling stock, while maintaining compliance with AAR, FRA, and OSHA standards. The Site Manager leads onboarding and training, drives performance metrics, and communicates effectively with internal teams and railroad partners.
