would work 20 hours per week at our Chilton Meal Site, 312 Bonk Street. Under the supervision of the Aging and Disability Resource Center Supervisor, is responsible for directing and operating an efficient, enjoyable and safe Senior Nutrition Site to include proper food handling and sanitation, coordination of volunteers, care of the site's facilities during program hours, some coordination of site activities, and overseeing the packaging of homebound meals. Performs related duties as required.
Examples of Duties
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Places daily order for the number of meals to be delivered to the site, receives (including providing assistance to delivery person) and ensures food quality from caterer and reports any problems to Aging and Disability Resource Center Supervisor. Performs necessary on-site food preparation.
Directs volunteers in the set-up, presentation, serving/packing, and cleaning up of meals, may do laundry. Assists individuals through the food line, as needed.
May assist volunteers in the set-up, packaging and clean up of home-delivered meal trays and carriers.
Assists Elder Benefits Specialist/Volunteer Coordinator and ADRC Supervisor with meal site programming and outreach.
Accepts and logs participant reservations.
Completes required (daily/weekly/monthly) paperwork accurately and in a timely manner for the following, but not limited to: daily reservation and attendance records, donation records, making daily bank deposits, deposit receipts, and yearly inventory of equipment and supplies.
Informs the office of participant requests for transportation to the site.
Orders supplies, as needed.
Performs light janitorial work, as needed.
Develops rapport with program participants and volunteers and promotes a friendly atmosphere.
Enforces sanitation rules and regulations according to State policies.
Attends training sessions and staff meetings, as required.

Hours:
A Part-time position that works at our Outagamie County Meal Site that is located at the Thompson Community Center on Lourdes in Appleton. Meal Service occurs Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday between the hours of 10AM and 1PM. This position is multifaceted and involves food service, volunteer coordination, participant interactions, community service and following State and Federal Nutrition Program rules and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
The following duties are most critical for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
Accept telephone meal reservations, cancelations and Home Delivered meal service referrals.
Oversee volunteers to assist with meal service.
Collect and deposit Nutrition Program participant donation revenue.
Compile and maintain accurate Nutrition Program record keeping. Submit record keeping in a timely manner.
Inform Nutrition Program participants (bulletin board postings, handouts, announcements, etc.) on current information and issues affecting older persons.
Arrange meal site programming (nutrition education, health, wellness, social, recreational, etc.)
Perform in-home assessments to determine Home Delivered meal service eligibility, if applicable.
Oversee and coordinate Home Delivered meal service operation (manage volunteers and Food Transporters).
Attend mandatory monthly Staff meetings.
Attend other trainings and/or meetings as required.
Report meal site conflicts and issues to the Nutrition Program Supervisor.
Advise Nutrition Program Supervisor on Nutrition Program policies and procedures.
Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Works extra hours as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education/Certifications/Experience Requirements
Graduation from high school or GED with experience working with older persons and/or persons with disabilities, supervisory and food service experience; OR any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities for this position.
Serving Safe Food certification and renewal is a requirement.
Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain with a clean driving record.

Unit Description
Delaware North operates concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown since 2012. At Titletown we manage The Turn, featuring Topgolf Swing Suites, and operate special events including seasonal sledding and ice skating.
Responsibilities
Supervise food prep work while maintaining food quality, presentation, and sanitation standards
Verify that all portion sizes, recipes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures are maintained
by kitchen associates
Supervise all associates with cleaning and food production in their area
Ensure all kitchen equipment is in full working order
Maintain cleanliness and organization of walk-ins and freezers
Effectively supervise proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating, and storage of food

SEASONAL Youth Camp Supervisor (Op Rec)
Site Supervisor Job In Neenah, WI
The City of Neenah is now accepting applications for a Youth Camp Supervisor. The Youth Camp Supervisor is responsible for the planning, development and supervision of the program. Supervisors are an important link between the public and the Park and Recreation Department. This individual will report directly to the Recreation Supervisor. Position is a seasonal part-time job. An evaluation and application is required yearly for rehire.
Job Duties:
* Manage 50-60 children ages 5-12
* Coordinate staffing and supervise 10-12 employees for day camp
* Set up and organization of field trips, special events, and speakers, creating camp schedules
* Respond to problems with parents about the child's behavior and experience
* Be aware and knowledgeable of Parent Handbook and facility emergency procedures
* Insure facilities are kept clean and well maintained at all times
* Make decisions regarding daily program schedule changes
* Assist in maintaining accurate program records including incident reports and daily attendance
Compensation: $20.50 per hour
Hours: 35 - 40 hours per week
Qualifications and Abilities:
* Be at least 21 years of age. 18 years of age can also be considered with experience.
* 2 years of supervisory or teaching experience
* Ability to supervise children in a safe manner
* Ability to lead others positively
* Previous supervisory experience
* Ability to work with varied age groups
* Leadership and public relations skills
* Decision-making skills
* Team player attitude
* Self-Motivated
* CPR, AED, and First aid experience preferred
Interview Information:
* Winter interview invitations will be emailed mid December. Interview dates will take place on the final week of December.
