Have the ability to demonstrate expertise in the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Must have the ability to lead people and obtain results.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
Must pass MVR.
Ability to multitask is a must.

Job Summary:
The ECM Site Manager is responsible for directing, organizing, and managing Serene Health's Enhanced Care Management Program (ECM). The Lead Care Managers coordinate the full range of physical health, behavioral health, and community-based long-term services and supports needed by eligible beneficiaries.
