General Description
Located at the site, is responsible for the daily field maintenance/construction activities for assigned owner area units to include individual project(s) in accordance with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by the company. Capable of running a job site of 100+ employees and small capital projects. Supervises and directs the daily efforts of the physical maintenance/construction activities of the project(s) through daily coordination of all field activities and code/specification compliance. Responsibilities include technical input for schedule creation, subcontracting strategy, subcontractor scopes of work, quality of construction, schedule adherence, budget containment, safety, selection of methods, systems, and techniques of construction, and labor cost control through daily attention to unit costs and adjustments in crew size or composition.
Specific Description
The purpose of the Site Manager assignment is to ensure all employees follow health, safety, environmental, and operational procedures of their assigned tasks including but are not limited to:
Leads and Instills B&R Core Value/Competencies to include Client Core Value/Competencies.
Leads and works directly with Site B&R HSE Manager to implement and administer the site safety program utilizing Brown & Root HSE standards along with client HSE standards.
Oversees the safe and timely daily operation and maintenance of equipment and facilities and setting and tracking performance indicators; utilize in-house and contracted workforce
Inspects completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards and maintains work records of small new construction work, repair and maintenance performed
Directs and supervises staff, encompassing all administrative functions, including interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, assigning work, reviewing performance, administering discipline, and addressing employee related issues; Directs staff in preventative and corrective maintenance activities
Develops and manages department budget. Reviews and approves departmental expenses and performs monthly reconciliations to ensure financial goals are met. Exercises budgetary control of personnel, maintenance, and operations expense within acceptable tolerances.
Performs other duties as assigned

Job Summary
The Site Autonomy Manager's primary role is to oversee and support the operational fleet in their respective site location and provide multi-site support as needed. POSITION SUMMARY:
The SiteSupervisor is responsible for all documentation, organization, and performance of site staff. They ensure all activities are appropriate and well-organized. The SiteSupervisor is responsible for all site staff knowing where to park their vehicles, which is typically located in the back of each school near the gym entrance, in addition to the location of the work area and restrooms located inside each school. If the SiteSupervisor is absent for any period of time, a substitute supervisor will be appointed by the Program Director. SiteSupervisors also are the first point of contact between parents, school personnel, TCK Manager, and the Program Director.
This position is part-time and works Monday & Wednesday 1:30pm-6pm, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 2:35pm-6:00pm for 13-18 hours per week. One supply pickup day a week is required, oppoertunities for additional hours working before-school care are available.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSBILITIES:
Program Management:
Ensure assigned program meets or exceeds requirements in the Minimum Standards for School-Age and Before or After-School Programs as set by the TX Department of Family and Protective Services.
Administer agency-approved programs, both directly and through staff.
Utilize agency resources to develop coordinated, effective programs.
Assess programs periodically to ensure relevancy.
Meet as necessary with parents to explain programs and keep them updated on students' progress; inform them of their students' problems, concerns, and needs.
Coach students individually or collectively; make referrals as needed.
Inform supervisor and other necessary staff of problems, concerns, needs, and trends.
Direct upkeep of program facilities.
Prepare program reports as requested.
Staff Management:
Supervise, train, and evaluate assigned Site Instructors and other Girls Inc. staff.
Ensure employees comply with the Minimum Standards for School-Age and Before or After-School Programs as set forth by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.
Match employees' assignments with their skills, abilities, and training, and ensure they fulfill their assignments and responsibilities effectively.
