Site Selection Strategy Manager Responsibilities:
1. Technical program management lead for site selection processes, with a focus on execution planning and development of strategic direction
2. Communicate strategic objectives and site selection updates to leadership, cross-functional execution teams, and the business
3. Lead the process of data center selections from gathering portfolio-level project data through enabling and influencing data-driven executive decision making
4. Work with site selection strategy leads to maintain the long term development pipeline plan, inclusive of setting and reporting on milestones and strategic direction for each opportunity in the portfolio
5. Conduct quarterly portfolio health reviews and provide executive-level health summaries
6. Identify and lead execution and delivery of solutions to resolve new business problems via strategic thinking, research, and front-lines leadership
7. Track progress against goals and benchmark performance against industry standards and stakeholder expectations
8. Manage the process of analysis and prioritization of the portfolio, considering business context and cross-functional interfaces
9. Oversee development of programs and processes across Site Development and site selection workstreams to ensure consistency and quality in reporting and communication
10. Develop and lead cross-functional review and decision forums for projects at significant milestones
11. Represent the site selection strategic priorities in cross-functional forums and business planning
12. Build comprehensive, trusting partnerships to readily mobilize people and influence across a broad range of partners, leaders, and organizations
13. Identify areas of risk and oversee development of mitigation strategies with subject matter experts
14. Participate in mentorship of other program management professionals within the team

Supervises the site inspection which is arranged by subcontractors and vendors to maintain the quality of work.
Project Administration, Operations, and Close-Out
Directs and coordinates subcontractor and field personnel in designated areas of expertise.
Assists Site Supervisor & Project Manager in communicating with subcontractors and employees a consistent level of expectations and direction regarding schedules, construction methods, company policies and procedures, permits, safety, quality control and other performance standards.
Collaborates with Site Supervisor & Project Manager to ensure project site and company assets are secure and always maintains a safe and respectful working environment by implementing safety, EEO, risk management, training, and quality control programs.
Attends daily/weekly project progress meetings with all subcontractor representatives and understands the upcoming days/weeks work to be accomplished.
Assists in ensuring the project closeout process is finalized to settle all financial obligations, demobilize all resources, and transit the project to the customer.
Arranges annual safety walkthrough on the site with owner, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep the site in safe condition.
Promote Customer Relations
Builds effective relationships with customers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and user groups that reflect and support company core values and meet or exceed the customers expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Associates Degree in Construction Management, or a related field preferred especially for civil & building work for the factory construction, or a combination of experience and education.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the industrial/construction field.
Industrial construction or/and mechanical installation experience preferred.
Familiarity with a wide variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures
Working knowledge of construction contract language and terms
Ability to make decisions under tight deadlines.

This position directly supervises staff performing all aspects of document imaging (including prep, scan, index, import, QA, and decentralized QA), chart analysis & physician relations, chart correction, quality audits, on-going record review, forms management, transcription, and release of information.
Responsibilities:
1. Supervises, assigns work, reviews productivity and completes quality audits of a cross-disciplinary team for all aspects of HIM Operations. Participates in staff recruitment, hiring and orientation. Selects and appraises employees. Conducts performance evaluations and employee discipline in accordance with UNCHCS policies and procedures. Provides direction and oversight to subordinates. Performs HIM Operations employee orientation and training programs to ensure competent staff.
2. Manage team projects and participate on intra-departmental projects. Lead or serve on recurring task force teams, project workgroups, special projects, and leadership meetings. Develops and implements process improvement plans.Independently, or in collaboration with other leadership, develops and implements procedures to optimize HIM Operations. Documents new or revised procedures and ensures staff and other departments are aware of, and properly trained in, all procedures. May be asked to serve on local and/or system committees, councils, focus groups and work teams associated with advancing the HIM strategy. Performs routine and ad hoc analyses, audits, reporting, and workflow studies as required to ensure HIM Operations optimization. Analyzes findings and prepares reports related to clinical departments decentralized scanning results to present to clinical departments and management in appropriate forums.
3. Serve as the primary or secondary liaison between the Shared Services HIM department and the local entity. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with entity leadership in order to represent HIM in department and committee meetings as required.Ensures staff complies with relevant regulations, policies and procedures, and application of those policies and procedures. Motivates and implements personnel actions as necessary. Researches and resolves problems referred by staff. Monitors work schedules of staff and receive and approve requests for time off based on work volumes and staffing schedules. Manages and approves time and attendance for staff.
4. Serves as the on-site liaison to copy service to ensure release of information are processed timely and accurately.Provides back up for HIM staff as necessary for all the functions of HIM (scanning, indexing, analysis, chart correction, identity, quality audits, release of information, etc.).
