Plan, schedule, and coordinate fuel maintenance site activities to optimize resources and facilities to meet the PWS specifications. Interface with the operational activities at various locations to maintain communications regarding upcoming deployments, exercises, logistical maneuvers, and other activities to ensure contractual requirements are met. Prepare, update, and submit internal and external reports (schedules, deficiency lists, recurring maintenance reports, etc.) or other verifying documentation as required for both LBS requirements and USACE contract deliverables. Develop technical scopes of work for repair and modification Service Orders for Department of Defense (DoD) Fuel facilities as part of the USACE RMMR program. Repairs will be developed in accordance with UFC 3-460-01 “Design: Petroleum Facilities,” American Petroleum Institute (API) Standard 650 “Advanced Tank & Construction,” and applicable Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS). Review repair specifications of equipment or components being purchased or fabricated for repair and construction projects, to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and material specifications. Procure material required by repair or maintenance work. Develop Service Order cost estimates, logistics and construction schedules, and coordinate field execution with RMMR Project Managers, USACE Project Managers and Engineers, and facility level Quality Assurance Evaluators (QAE). Supervise and train fuel system maintenance personnel to ensure they meet qualifications to competently perform their duties. Orient new personnel with regard to internal personnel requirements (i.e. timekeeping, LBS policies, etc.), job-specific duties, and location-specific policies. Ensure that certifications and qualification remain current. Ensure that personnel maintain required safety training and perform their functions while meeting prescribed safety standard and maintaining compliance with contract requirements. Experience may be gained in the employ of any federal, state, provincial, local, or commercial entities providing armed guard services that require skills similar to those identified in the guard training course as outlined in WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 2, Training. Must attend and successfully complete a supervisory course meeting the requirements established in WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 1, Position Descriptions, Section 1.2.C. Upon bio approval and before beginning work on the contract, the SS shall: Attend and successfully complete the applicable guard training course, as outlined in WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 2, Training. U.S. citizen and TCN guard personnel shall qualify with the Glock-19, M4 or MK18 as specified by the designated TO, M240, and M249, re-qualifying as required in WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 2, Training. Obtain and maintain a Personnel Security Clearance/Public Trust determination, or RSO Vetting as identified in the TO. Complete the WPS III Physical Readiness Test, per WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 15, Physical Readiness Test Protocols and Standards, at the sixty-five (65) percent performance level, and maintain that fitness level for the duration of his/her service on the TO. Possess no impediments to traveling overseas to and within countries that are considered dangerous or unhealthy in general, or to the country or countries assigned in the applicable TO.
