The preferred candidate will have reliable transportation, and be flexible with hours, as occasional before school hours and/or other duties may be assigned as needed. Qualifications High school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 21 years of age Experience working with children and a diverse community Desire and ability to work with all ages (K-5, teen and team members) Desire to lead from the front, role modeling expectations for team Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills 2-4 years of supervisory experience preferred CPR and First Aid Certifications preferred Ability to be flexible with work schedule preferred Physical Demands and Work Environment Ability to work in excess of a 20-hour week; 7:00am to 9:00am and/or 2:00pm to 6:00pm Monday-Friday Ability to walk, stand, and sit (including on the floor) for long periods of time.
