Summary
To oversee and manage the mining departmental operations and resources as it applies to and effects Safety, Quality,
Production, and Cost.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned) This is a safety sensitive position.
* Manage and supervise mining department technical operations and resources.
* Ensure mine and workplace safety. Adhere to all Federal, State, Local and Acme Brick policies and procedures.
* Ensure "ASTM" and "ACME" quality standards are met. Ensure customer satisfaction and customer service.
* Ensure production budgeted figures are met. Meet Green, Yield, Packaged, Loaded, and % loss.
* Maintain budgeted departmental composite cost. Control labor dollars, man hours, overtime, repair, and
operation spending in the department.
* Oversee planning, execution and control of departmental and plant resources, procedures and material
handling.
* Oversee the administration and security of property, machinery, equipment, employees, tools, procedures, and
buildings.
* Be in control of strategic and situational goals, action plans, funding requirements, and schedules that effect
production, cost, safety, and quality for both the short term and long term. Operate the department effectively
and continuously improve performance.
* Oversee the selection, development, performance and management of hourly employees.
* Oversee and ensure all required reporting is being completed. There are Federal, State, and Company
requirements covering all areas of operation. ie...MSHA, OSHA, Safety, Quality, Production, Composite Cost,
Labor, Man hours, Inventory, and Plant/Departmental maintenance and operational checks.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
Must possess a deep understanding of AEM's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Health & Safety Management System and ensure project operations are consistently adhering to these procedures.
As the site safety ambassador, you will be expected to ensure all work is conducted in a safe and healthy manner, ensure the weekly safety meeting are managed, attend client safety meetings as required and uphold the AEM safety policies and described in the SOP. Oversee the work, progress and productivity of AEM personnel assigned to the site or project.
Generate Inspection Progress Reports and distribute as per site-specific distribution lists.
Perform daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly QA/QC activities in accordance with AEM's SOP.
Oversee the integrity, accuracy and security of all data maintained by the project's LDAR data management system which includes the information contained on all reports issued to AEM and project site personnel.
Use LDAR data management system to ensure compliance with all inventorying, monitoring, repair and reinspection requirements as dictated by applicable regulations.
Generate and maintain required reports for customer to measure productivity and ensure schedules are being met.
Ensure operational and quality compliance issues are rectified immediately.
Participate in new hire recruiting and interviewing. Lead new hire on-boarding which includes conducting and/or overseeing new hire initial training.
Ensure the accuracy and quality of the precision calibration procedures executed for monitoring instruments per EPA Method 21.
Maintain inventory of all company equipment, ensure preventative maintenance steps are implemented and address damaged equipment needing repair.
Maintain inventory of all on-site material/supplies and purchase/order new supplies as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have strong interpersonal (written and verbal), communications skills.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Outdoor work in petroleum refinery or chemical processing facility walking and standing for prolonged periods of time.
Adverse weather conditions (extreme hot/cold and inclement weather.)
May be required to carry a testing device, data logger, hand tools and miscellaneous equipment that weigh about 15-20 lbs. The testing devices are carried in a backpack. Other tools and equipment are carried on a tool belt or in pockets.
The work involves ascending stairs, climbing vertical ladders, and working from elevated heights (sometimes with personal fall protection equipment) while wearing equipment described above.
All outdoor work is performed wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), which includes a hardhat, fire retardant coveralls, safety glasses, hearing protection, safety boots and when required, a 5- point safety harness.

Position Summary
The Field Supervisor identifies, directs and verifies work, interprets the Contract, engages with Client staff, and gives direction on schedules and any required subcontractor work. The Field Supervisor is a critical position to ensure the
effective operations and maintenance of the network. The Field Supervisor works in collaboration with the Project Team to coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of the maintenance plans and schedules consistent with the identified needs of the client and the contract.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
* Daily supervision of all technicians, laborers, specialists and subcontractors working in his/her assigned area.
* Ensures that preventative maintenance is being performed on schedule and service calls are responded to and
completed within the allotted time.
* Identifying areas of the Roads System that are in need of maintenance.
* Coordinating and responding to HCTRA-designated Superintendents.

* Monitors operational and financial performance, conducts operational and financial analysis, and prepares
performance information and recommendations for incorporation into the periodic reports to management.
* Serves as technical advisor to work crews.
* Works with Project Manager and Project Planner to schedule work to be performed.
* Inspects in-process and completed work to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
* Acts as a communication link between the Contract Management Team and operations personnel.
* Responsible for proper work reporting, timesheets, budgeting, and other systems. Prepares reports and
correspondence as necessary. Ensures data in the CMMS is accurate.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Field Supervisor is to lead the team in efficient project execution, ensuring safe work practices, and ongoing field training for the field technicians. This position is a leadership role for someone who is goal oriented, has good time management, and is capable of leading team members.

The Houston Symphony is seeking a site manager to play an integral role within its flagship music education program, In Harmony. This community-based afterschool music education program aims to foster community and life skills through active music making. The inaugural site is DeLUXE K!ds In Harmony, situated in Houston's historic 5th Ward community. In collaboration with partners DeLUXE Theater and AFA, this program emphasizes violin instruction, involving approximately 50 students in grades 3-5.

This is a contract position that will typically include seven on-site hours each week (three after-school sessions), in addition to select performances and special events throughout the school year. The Site Manager will be involved in all professional learning sessions to bring the shared ideals and philosophies to their work.

Communicate program information with families through weekly phone calls, emails, and texts.

As the Transportation Supervisor, you will oversee the transportation department, supervising on-site and remote Technicians. Act as the liaison between customer service, operations and the support team.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Maintain and manage inventory supplies to ensure that adequate inventories are always maintained.

About the role:
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.
BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd.
How you will contribute:
You will oversee employee performance and scheduling
You will lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts
You will work with donors to resolve concerns
You will analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events
You will perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
You will foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts.
What you bring to Takeda:
High school diploma or equivalent
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
Frequent bending and reaching
Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds

$22.19 - $30.51
The estimated hourly wage range reflects an anticipated range for this position.
