This role provides leadership of a team consisting of highly skilled technicians, engineers and managers across critical services, including Total Gas Management (TGM), Total Chemical Management (TCM), and Logistics Management, ensuring uninterrupted support for high-volume manufacturing (HVM) and advanced technology nodes. The Site Manager ensures all operations meet stringent safety, quality, and uptime requirements while aligning with customer expectations and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Safety & Compliance Develop and implement a comprehensive EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) program tailored to semiconductor fab operations, including risk assessments, emergency response, and business continuity planning. Ensure compliance with SEMI standards, OSHA regulations, and local environmental laws. Lead incident investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA). Monitor and trend safety performance metrics; proactively address potential hazards in cleanroom and sub-fab environments. Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with customer, industry, and regulatory requirements. Quality & Operational Integrity Establish and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) for gas and chemical delivery systems, aligned with ISO standards. Ensure strict adherence to SOPs for high-purity gas and chemical handling, minimizing contamination risk. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process reliability and reduce downtime. Lead root cause analysis for service interruptions impacting production and implement sustainable solutions. People Leadership Manage and develop a team of technicians and engineers supporting TGM and TCM operations. Oversee workforce planning, training, and certification programs to ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols and hazardous material handling. Foster a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence through coaching and performance management. Financial & Contract Management Manage customer contracts, including renewals, scope adjustments, and change orders. Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising safety or quality. Deliver value-added solutions to improve fab efficiency and reduce total cost of ownership (TCO). Reporting & Communication Provide timely reporting on KPIs such as uptime, safety incidents, and quality metrics. Maintain transparent communication with customer stakeholders and internal leadership. Escalate critical operational or compliance issues promptly. Must have strong client relationship skills, will develop a strong relationship with Client staff Operational Excellence Oversee all aspects of gas and chemical distribution systems, including bulk storage, point-of-use delivery, and sub-fab operations. Ensure zero-defect material delivery to support advanced manufacturing. Benchmark site performance against industry best practices and drive standardization across multiple fabs. Collaborate with global teams to share lessons learned and implement best-in-class solutions. Qualifications Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience and 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing or related high-tech industry. Strong knowledge of high-purity gas and chemical systems, cleanroom protocols, and fab operations. Familiarity with contract management, financial processes, and quality systems. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP or MES system experience preferred. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. * Interprets specifications, mine plans, and production reports to crews, and assigns duties; establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production and development schedules; maintains time and production records. * Examines work areas to determine if specifications are met; recommends measures to improve safety, production methods, equipment performance, and quality of muck; suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase effectiveness of work crews. * Conduct daily safety meetings with crew. * Confers with other supervisors, geologists and engineers to coordinate activities of crew. * Work with the Maintenance department to ensure equipment performs as needed. * Completes required paperwork, including shift reports, requests for materials, timecards, etc. * Must be able to work and communicate with other members of the work team. Minimum qualifications include: High school diploma or equivalent, and; 5-10 years mining experience in narrow vein mining, or a combination of equivalent education and experience. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field preferred. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
