GENERAL SUMMARY:
Supports the distribution center with data integrity and system accuracy to maximize performance. Supervises and provides support to Cycle Count and WMS personnel, as well as inventory system.

KNOWLEDGE and SKILLS:
Demonstrated proficiency in cycle count process, order processing, print room operations, and the user support function.
Demonstrated competency in clerical functions such as receiving, shipping, cycle count, order filling, DOT, appointment scheduling, and locating trailers.
Effective oral and written communication skills with all levels of employees.
Ability to research, analyze, and provide solutions for system gaps.
Detailed knowledge of various systems such as Catalyst, Red Prairie, Kronos and Vocollect.
WORK EXPERIENCE and/or EDUCATION:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of the hourly Food Safety Sanitors and Lead Persons in the designated departments and areas of our customer's plants to ensure that our team is working safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory agency, customer, and company policies and procedures. Job duties include:
* Responsible for the daily supervision and management of sanitors for specific areas and departments at our customers' facilities.
* The position's primary duty involves customary and regular direction of the work of the sanitors. FMM is seeking a motivated professional to fill our Traveling Project Site Supervisor role. FMM is a maintenance and construction company servicing both residential and commercial clients nationwide.
Job Summary: The Project Site Supervisor will assist in the completion of residential and commercial construction projects.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Included but not limited to)
Manage day-to-day operations and scheduling for assigned projects
Maintain targeted schedule compliance
Ensure that safety and quality are a top priority
Ensure client contract compliance is upheld
Manage vendor and subcontractors during entire project life
Maintain communications with clients as necessary, responding to all phone calls and requests in a timely manner
Provide courteous and prompt service to all internal and external client/customers and ensure that company/client confidentiality is assured
Document employee performance, for direct reports, throughout the year and communicate action with employee for implementation
Adhere to operating procedures to ensure staff is operating as efficiently and effectively as possible
Ensure training objectives are met for all staff within stated timeframe
Organize and lead weekly safety meetings with agenda and meeting minutes to ensure safe practices
Required Skills and Abilities:
Minimum of 3 years of construction and/or project management experience
Knowledge of both residential and commercial systems
Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft programs
Ability to perform construction related tasks in the field if needed
Excellent problem solving skills
A take initiative mindset
A strong focus on customer relations
Valid drivers license and clear driving record
Ability to pass a drug screen
Ability to travel for extended periods of time is required

The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Supervisor is responsible for all of the day to day oversight of Behavioral Health Technician personnel. · review time clock activity for accuracy and attendance for all Behavioral Health Technician to ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures;

· coach and counsel or all Behavioral Health Technicians as needed;
· express the concerns of the Behavioral Health Technicians to the Program Manager;
· consistently read feedback log in order to familiarize self with resident and milieu issues;

· witness, complete, and document urine drug screens;

Lead drills, exercises, and mobilizations with a focus on safety, preparedness, accuracy, and efficiency.
Supervise seamanship activities, including safe vessel handling, effective navigation, and proper deployment and recovery of Offshore Operations equipment in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
Provide direct oversight and leadership to Offshore Operations personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Seamanship skills, including vessel handling, navigation, and equipment deployment and recovery.
Oil spill response, emergency response, and/or equipment maintenance experience required.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment as needed and provide instruction for repairs and preventative maintenance.
Proficiency in PPE, ICS, ACPs/GRPs and spill response tactics for local area of operation.
Prior experience in mentoring and leading a team, as well as proven success in employee development.
Basic budgeting experience preferred.
Proficient in computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Competent public speaker with the ability to present information to all levels, both internally and externally.
