    PENDING CONTRACT AWARD TASK DESCRIPTION The Site Supervisor will be the single interface for the Contract Field Team (CFT) at Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville, FL providing Flight Line, Corrosion Control, Tool Room and Organizational “O” Level Maintenance Support for H-60 aircraft assigned to Squadron HSM-60 in support of Commander Naval Air Forces Reserve (CNAFR). Manage day-to-day organizational-level support maintenance in accordance with (IAW) the scope of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Coordinate and manage technical and administrative operations and all other aspects of support program to ensure timely availability of weapon systems to meet specified operational requirements. Ensure Contractor Maintenance Services (CMS) meet or exceed contract performance requirements. Provide expertise and advice on technical, and logistical matters and the effective use of CMS efforts. Coordinate maintenance program IAW all applicable Navy maintenance management documents and directives. TASK REQUIREMENTS Performs duties as single interface with Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and submits required reports accordingly including but not limited to: Certificate Of Completion and Acceptance (COCA), Certificate of Service (COS), Manning Reports, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), etc. Performs duties as primary interface with Corporate CFT Program Manager and submits required reports accordingly including but not limited to: Certificate Of Completion and Acceptance (COCA), Certificate of Service (COS), Manning Reports, Weekly Activity Report, Payroll, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), etc. Performs duties as primary interface with Corporate Director of Quality and submits required reports accordingly. Provides local oversight of Quality Management System (QMS), training and safety programs. Accountable for assigned Company Owned Property, Government Furnished Property, and Government Furnished Equipment. Documents work performed on appropriate forms, electronic database and definitive sheets, as required. Performs other duties as assigned. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Extensive knowledge of Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) with a minimum of 20 years experience and 10 years experience supporting H-60 aircraft. Eight years as a Maintenance Officer or senior maintenance NCO responsible for Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) with a minimum 8 years of experience supervising aircraft maintenance support requirements or civilian equivalents. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Extensive knowledge of Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) with a minimum of 8 years experience. A minimum of 5 years as a Maintenance Officer, senior maintenance NCO or Lead responsible for Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) with a minimum 5 years of experience supervising aircraft maintenance support requirements or civilian equivalents. Site Manager shall possess required training, qualifications, proficiency, and security clearances and satisfy all access requirements prior to commencement of work. Compensation $87,000/year Other Compensation Employees will receive a health and welfare fringe benefit of $4.00 for every hour paid up to 40 hours per week.     Travel: 100% Field Travel Along I-95 (FL border to SC border) Duration: Multi-Year Project Employment: Full-Time We are seeking an experienced Fiber Optic Field Supervisor to oversee the construction and installation of new fiber optic and Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) infrastructure along a major interstate corridor. This is a field-based leadership role responsible for supervising subcontractor crews, ensuring safety and environmental compliance, upholding construction quality standards, maintaining client communication, and keeping the project on schedule and within budget. This is a high-impact opportunity supporting a large-scale new-build fiber installation project spanning approximately 115 miles. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily field construction activities including directional drilling, conduit installation, plowing, and fiber pulls. Supervise and coordinate multiple subcontractor and installation crews along the project corridor. Ensure construction work meets project specifications, design requirements, safety standards, and environmental compliance. Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for project progress and client coordination. Track materials, equipment needs, and logistics to maintain project timelines. Support project budgeting, scheduling, and documentation in collaboration with the Project Manager. Conduct and lead weekly safety and progress meetings with field crews and project stakeholders. Ensure secure jobsite operations and enforce company and regulatory safety requirements. Support contract management, project closeout, and handoff procedures. Required Qualifications Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. 5-10+ years of field supervision experience in telecom, fiber, OSP, or utility construction.
