This is a field-based leadership role responsible for supervising subcontractor crews, ensuring safety and environmental compliance, upholding construction quality standards, maintaining client communication, and keeping the project on schedule and within budget. This is a high-impact opportunity supporting a large-scale new-build fiber installation project spanning approximately 115 miles. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily field construction activities including directional drilling, conduit installation, plowing, and fiber pulls. Supervise and coordinate multiple subcontractor and installation crews along the project corridor. Ensure construction work meets project specifications, design requirements, safety standards, and environmental compliance. Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for project progress and client coordination. Track materials, equipment needs, and logistics to maintain project timelines. The Leak Repair Technician is responsible for detecting, locating, evaluating and repairing leaks onsite at client work sites.
