    Under the direction of the Youth Development Program Director, the site supervisor will work at an assigned site or sites leading staff and children in a before and after school setting. The site supervisor is responsible for identifying and meeting student needs, providing interactive guidance and leadership to children and staff. The site supervisor will coordinate, assist, and supervise staff with a focus on character development, centered on Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility. Hours are 6:30 am to 8:00 am and 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Essential Functions: Coordinates the site in accordance with YMCA guidelines, ensuring all program curriculum and materials are prepared accordingly and accessible. Builds effective, authentic relationships with staff, students and parents; helps them connect with each other and the YMCA. Encourages parent involvement and identifies potential volunteers. Maintains records as required (i.e. site checklist, attendance, food service, staff & student forms, etc.). Attends staff meetings and training as scheduled.
