The Manufacturing Site Manager will develop and maintain an organization onsite at the Kennesaw, GAsite that supports both Business and Operational strategies. You will be responsible for providing strategic, developmental, and tactical direction of the facility to drive Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of product to our customers within the desired Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, and Customer Service standards. You will report to the ASC Director.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver financial commitments to operating plans; achieve expense, variance, and production plans as budgeted.
Actively participate in Working Capital management; including regular communication and action to address deviations to plan.
Anticipate technological changes in the industry and review opportunities to enhance operations in order to optimize productivity, support business growth, and deliver competitive advantages.
Generate ideas and plans to enhance the performance of the manufacturing site, e.g., safety, process, rate, yields and quality improvement through lean manufacturing and six sigma concepts. Stimulate site personnel to think outside the box.
Drive the root cause/corrective action process for critical issues and ensure that all corrective actions are completed and sustained and drive the predicted results.
Conformance with the PPG and SBU Quality and EH&S policies. Ensure MOCs, RCCA for EHS CARs and Quality CARs are completed as expected.
The incumbent, in combination with quality, is responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate quality standards and certifications.
Effectively manages production operations with federal, state, and municipal environmental, health and safety regulations.
Ensure compliance with local, provincial, and federal regulations (e.g., hazardous waste manifests, WSIB, MOE). Serve as the primary point of contact for state and local government agencies. Approve regulatory documentation including USMCA Certificates of Origin and import/export compliance (Canada). Sign off on site policies and oversee Management of Change (MOC) and Emergency Action Planning (EAP).
Lead coordination of critical cross-functional decisions impacting departmental operations.
Oversee working capital management including stocking level optimization and purchase order requisition approvals.
Negotiate and manage site lease agreements and vendor contracts.

This will also include lifting/moving items and potentially driving box trucks (Uhaul/Penskes).
Your responsibilities will encompass the following duties:
Engaging in face-to-face interactions with customers.
Managing inventory of customer orders through our web portal.
Loading and unloading customer belongings onto trucks.
Operating trucks for transportation purposes (in-town only)
Organizing and arranging orders at our storage facility.
Successfully delivering stored items back to student customers
Assisting the Campus Teams Manager with managing student movers
Working closely with our partnered moving companies and student managers

What You'll Do:

Our SiteSupervisors are focused on working with targeted clients to support the evolution of long term national client relationships. SiteSupervisor is responsible for supporting that effort from project inception, project setup, field execution, final punch list and post job audits. Participate in buyout for each project with PM and cultivate & maintain healthy, effective and mutually beneficial relationships with vendors and subcontractors, while seeking out new sources for same. Review invoices and labor costs payables weekly.
Lead pre-construction meetings; inspect jobsites periodically; ensure timely and accurate change order management with client and, ensure customer satisfaction through job completion;
Provide daily progress reports through Procore and weekly/ monthly forecasting of projects.
Create increased profitability through optimized work execution and creative cost-saving measures along with scope expansion opportunities once on site.
