Assistant Site Manager Type: Full-Time Travel: 10% **CONTINGENT UPON AWARD** The Assistant Site Manager (ASM) is a key operational leader, responsible for the management, training, and preparedness of all role players at assigned USSOCOM training locations. Construction Field Supervisor - Transmission & Substation The Field Inspector will be engaged in projects for the construction of substations and transmission lines including the final commissioning and closeout phases. Below is list of activities the Field Supervisor may be involved in throughout the life cycle of a project from initiation to final commissioning and closeout. This role ensures crew safety, operational readiness, and customer satisfaction while managing site budgets and maintaining all assigned equipment in a response-ready condition. The Offshore Operations Supervisor leads by example, demonstrating strong leadership, technical knowledge, and a commitment to training and mentoring response personnel.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Enforce and promote MSRC safety procedures and policies, including hazard assessments, PPE usage, and emergency response protocols. Supervise and coordinate Offshore Operations response crews and contractors during operations, assigning tasks, monitoring performance against established standards, and fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence. Assess crew competencies and proactively mentor personnel to support continuous skill development and operational readiness. Proficiency in PPE, ICS, ACPs/GRPs and spill response tactics for local area of operation. Prior experience in mentoring and leading a team, as well as proven success in employee development. Competent public speaker with the ability to present information to all levels, both internally and externally. Possess and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
