The ASM shall be responsible for all contracted personnel on site, and the safeguarding of all government information provided to the contractor. The ASM shall be responsible for ensuring that no photographs or video recordings are taken of mission personnel or training being conducted by the contractor or contracted role players. Shall be responsible for ensuring that no cell phones or cameras are with contracted personnel during role play training evolutions. Requirements Minimum Requirements/Education: Shall possess documented operational experience working directly with U.S. Special Operation Forces (SOF) - or -execution of a minimum of four (4) contracts, providing support services for 45 or more role players. Shall possess documented experience as a U.S. SOF Close Quarter Combat (CQC) RSO with a thorough understanding of safety controls implemented for role player use during training scenarios. Shall be knowledgeable and proficient in small arms handling and simulated firing safety. Physical condition - Shall be able to climb ten (10) flights of stairs and manage role players during iteration training for up to eight (8) hours per day. Job Summary Dean Builds is accepting applications for Traveling Site Manager/Superintendent. This position will report to, and derives authority from, the Construction Operations Manager. The Traveling Site Manager/Superintendent speaks on behalf of Dean Builds regarding assigned construction status and milestone dates. They identify and make construction specific purchases. The Traveling Site Manager/Superintendent is responsible for stopping construction, or other processes as required to ensure safety and production quality when a concern is discovered. Responsibilities: Responsible for driving the day-to-day needs of their assigned construction project. Making sure that all construction activities are performed in a timely and cost-efficient basis to effectively meet all scheduled due dates and job estimates regarding materials and labor. Coordinate all job-related activities to maintain a safe and productive environment and adhere to all OSHA Construction Standards for all on-site personnel. Complete and manage all required safety and operations documentation. Conduct daily/weekly safety inspections and weekly safety meetings with all subcontractors. Keep the job site neat, clean and organized at all times. Maintain full knowledge of all drawings (shop, architectural, structural, MEP), ensure most current drawings and specifications for usage on all projects prior to any commencement of work. Verify quality control and check all materials, assemblies, and workmanship for compliance with specifications, details and drawings. Maintain tight controls on all labor and material needs to ensure operational efficiencies and overall budgetary controls. Provide schedule updates on a weekly basis to the Project Manager. Communicate the schedule on a daily basis with each subcontractor foreman on site. Identify any potential problems or issues as soon as possible and develop proposed solutions prior to seeking assistance from upper management, design-team members, and/or the client. Contact all subcontractors prior to their commencement of work to confirm their schedules and job performance expectations from Dean Builds. Work closely with clients to maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction. Prepare meeting agendas, conduct weekly subcontractor coordination meetings, and submit meeting meetings. Prepare pre-construction, project kickoff meetings, and meeting minutes per all applicable trades. Complete project flash reports every Friday afternoon prior to the Monday status meetings. Perform project set-up, punch-out and close-out. Maintain Procore construction software in a timely manner. This is especially important for all requests for information (RFI's), daily reports and photos, three-week lookaheads, and material delivery logs. Provide logistics and signage plans. Proper completion of all miscellaneous tasks, including but not limited to: installing temporary signage, BMP mailbox, temporary handrails, safety barricades, temporary doors/enclosures, accessories, operating forklift/skid steer, offloading deliveries/materials, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and picking up trash, etc. Strive to achieve the company goals and directives. Be the advocate for Dean Builds. Identify and pass on to sales team, any potential opportunities identified during daily communications with customers. Assist Project Managers as necessary to complete all appropriate activities required within the accounting calendar to maintain a proactive approach in supporting accuracy and completion of monthly financial statements. Maintain wall calendar with milestones. Communicate key milestone information to leadership team within 24 hours. Assist to maintain pre-determined profit margin consistent with the As-sold report per construction project. Produce a minimum of 10 requests for information (RFI's) prior to commencement of the project in order to insure comprehensive knowledge of the construction projects. Email all subcontractors a job status report every Friday. Establish and distribute monthly goals at the first of every month, and distribute to all subcontractors and the management team. Minimum Requirements: Experience working in a fast-paced, industry-relevant field such as building systems or construction a must. In-depth knowledge of OSHA guidelines, equipment and construction procedures. Experience working with Procore (project management software) a plus.
