Responsibilities:
Supervise the operations of sports assigned.
Ensure that games start on time and are played in accordance with league rules and regulations
Enforce player safety rules and promote sportsmanship among players, coaches, and spectators
Communicate effectively with coaches, officials, and players regarding rule interpretations and game decisions
Coordinate with other staff members to ensure efficient use of facilities
Maintain accurate records of game scores and player statistics
Respond to any emergencies or incidents that may occur during games
Qualifications
Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years of age
Prior experience in a supervisory role or working with youth sports preferred, but not required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Strong knowledge of, or the ability to learn, youth sports rules and regulations
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
Must pass a background check and complete required training sessions

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure that contract-required training and screening elements for security personnel have been met
Maintain overtime to a minimal or preset requirement designated by AUS
