    The Manufacturing Site Manager will develop and maintain an organization onsite at the Kennesaw, GA site that supports both Business and Operational strategies. You will be responsible for providing strategic, developmental, and tactical direction of the facility to drive Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of product to our customers within the desired Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, and Customer Service standards. You will report to the ASC Director. Key Responsibilities Be actively engaged in Safety and Quality; lead by example and ensure operational discipline and compliance with both company and regulatory safety standards and requirements are fulfilled for all departments and functions on site. Regularly monitor and review Environmental, Health, and Safety performance; ensure compliance and continuous improvement in striving for a risk-free manufacturing environment. Build and develop an organizational culture that has a bias for action, commitment to value-added services/processes, and a sense of accountability and leadership. Monitor and improve Key Performance Indicators; lead corrective action to deviations to plan as appropriate. Facilitate communications throughout the site and within the respective SBU, Platform, and Functional teams offsite. Provide the critical thinking necessary to lead and direct the analysis of alternative approaches and methodologies necessary to deliver efficiencies and simplicity. Strive to ensure that the service requirements for performance, as dictated by internal and external customers, are achieved. Develop and manage the strategies and processes of the operational functions within the site; ensure alignment and progress on process standardization, accomplishment, and collaboration. Delegates work assignments and tasks while matching responsibilities to the employee; sets expectations and monitors performance while providing feedback and recognition of results. Deliver financial commitments to operating plans; achieve expense, variance, and production plans as budgeted. Actively participate in Working Capital management; including regular communication and action to address deviations to plan. Anticipate technological changes in the industry and review opportunities to enhance operations in order to optimize productivity, support business growth, and deliver competitive advantages. Generate ideas and plans to enhance the performance of the manufacturing site, e.g., safety, process, rate, yields and quality improvement through lean manufacturing and six sigma concepts. Stimulate site personnel to think outside the box. Drive the root cause/corrective action process for critical issues and ensure that all corrective actions are completed and sustained and drive the predicted results. Conformance with the PPG and SBU Quality and EH&S policies. Ensure MOCs, RCCA for EHS CARs and Quality CARs are completed as expected. The incumbent, in combination with quality, is responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate quality standards and certifications. Effectively manages production operations with federal, state, and municipal environmental, health and safety regulations. Ensure compliance with local, provincial, and federal regulations (e.g., hazardous waste manifests, WSIB, MOE). Serve as the primary point of contact for state and local government agencies. Approve regulatory documentation including USMCA Certificates of Origin and import/export compliance (Canada). Sign off on site policies and oversee Management of Change (MOC) and Emergency Action Planning (EAP). Lead coordination of critical cross-functional decisions impacting departmental operations. Oversee working capital management including stocking level optimization and purchase order requisition approvals. Negotiate and manage site lease agreements and vendor contracts. The goal of the Site Supervisor is to deliver all projects from the initial project onward with the client in a manner that drives our team to be their preferred supplier of renovations across their portfolio. Our core focus for projects are tenant build outs and major rebranding or renovation rollouts across a portfolio. Schedule and financial management of the project from start to finish along with management of the resources assigned to your projects including Finite sub partners and material inventories. Conduct regular safety and quality inspections of the property. Be the owner in solving complex construction and code problems with our PM and support team as well as subcontractor relations issues. For all assigned jobs: Participate in buyout for each project with PM and cultivate & maintain healthy, effective and mutually beneficial relationships with vendors and subcontractors, while seeking out new sources for same. Review invoices and labor costs payables weekly. Lead pre-construction meetings; inspect jobsites periodically; ensure timely and accurate change order management with client and, ensure customer satisfaction through job completion; Provide daily progress reports through Procore and weekly/ monthly forecasting of projects. Create increased profitability through optimized work execution and creative cost-saving measures along with scope expansion opportunities once on site.
