Qualifications
6+ years of experience underwriting FNMA, FHLMC, Government, and non-conforming mortgages
4+ years of recent experience managing a team of mortgage underwriters
Categorical understanding of the mortgage lending process, underwriting methodology and philosophy
Critical thinker with strong decision making ability
Experience thriving in a high volume production environment
Proven ability to build and scale teams, able to influence and built a stable brand on underwriting department, with an eye on retention of the team

Purpose:
A Clinical Site Manager (CSM) serves as the primary contact point between the Sponsor and the Investigational Site. Your role in our team
* You will lead on-site installation activities from mobilization through commissioning.
* You will supervise internal installation technicians and manage mechanical and electrical subcontractors to ensure work is performed according to specifications.
* You will ensure adherence to project schedules, quality benchmarks, and customer KPIs.
* You will coordinate the daily work of subcontractors, suppliers, and internal installation teams.
* You will enforce site cleanliness, organization, and strict compliance with OSHA and internal safety standards.
* You will serve as the primary on-site liaison with customer project managers, construction managers, and third-party contractors.
* You will report daily progress, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies to both the customer and internal leadership.
* You will respond to issues and escalations promptly, following customer communication protocols.
* You will foster a professional, collaborative site culture aligned with customer expectations.
* You will complete and submit daily reports, safety audits, change logs, and other project documentation accurately and on time.
* You will obtain and manage required site permits, certifications, and customer-specific sign-offs.
* You will ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, customer-specific requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
* You will conduct daily briefings and toolbox talks to reinforce safety, schedule, and team alignment.
Your profile
* You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
* You have an associate degree or trade certification in mechanical, electrical, or electromechanical technology.
* You have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field (preferred).
* You have at least five years of experience working in high-volume parcel supply chain environments as a superintendent or in an equivalent role.
* You have experience in customer-facing field service roles.
* You have relevant certifications such as PMP or OSHA (preferred).
* You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience engaging with enterprise-level customers.
* You have demonstrated the ability to lead effectively under pressure in dynamic installation environments.
* You are proficient in project planning and tracking tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or Smartsheet.
* You have a deep understanding of industrial equipment installation practices and sequencing.
* You have working knowledge of OSHA requirements and customer-specific EHS protocols.
* You have the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
* You have strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset.
* You are willing to perform a wide variety of tasks to support successful site delivery.
* You are physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, climbing ladders or stairs, working in confined spaces or at heights, and performing tasks that require bending, kneeling, and reaching.
* You are comfortable working in warehouse or outdoor environments exposed to noise, dust, temperature changes, and moving equipment.
* You have a valid driver's license and the ability to travel frequently (up to 90%), including weekends and extended overnight stays.

Provides direct supervision and coaching of Before/After School Youth Leaders.
Supervises a group of children and program activities, keeping an accurate count of children in his/her group at all times and ensuring child safety.
Follows all policies, procedures, and standards as established by TDFPS licensing, the law or the Y (e.g., safety or emergency procedures, behavior guidance strategies, child abuse prevention policies); makes ADA accommodations where appropriate; maintains the program site, equipment, and required program records.
Nurtures children through purposeful programming; plans, sets up, and executes activities that are intended to achieve program goals and outcomes, are culturally relevant, are developmentally appropriate, and are consistent with the Y's values. A few examples of curriculum include physical activities, arts & crafts, STEM, homework assistance, character development, and snack time.
Maintains proper and accurate records and CCMS machine
