This full-time role involves overseeing commercial drywall and framing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery - an excellent opportunity for a seasoned supervisor to join a stable, low-turnover team with strong employee loyalty. What You'll Do as the Commercial Drywall & Painting Superintendent: Supervise and coordinate crews installing commercial metal-and-wood framed drywall on both large ($1M-$4M) and smaller projects. Review blueprints and job plans, assign tasks, schedule work, and manage materials and equipment on site. Monitor work quality and compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
