Key job responsibilities

Job Summary: A Field Supervisor - Siding and Roofing supervises and coordinates activities of subcontracted labor crews engaged in new installation of roofing, siding, and gutters. They are responsible for receiving daily schedule and assigning jobs to labor crews. The Field Supervisor - Siding and Roofing serves as the main point of contact for assigned builders and labor crews.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
No direct reports but indirectly oversees subcontractors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assign daily new roofing/siding installation jobs to approved subcontractors.
Recognize the strengths and weaknesses of upwards of 50 crews to determine best fit for each installation.
Perform a daily walk-through of assigned subdivisions, inspecting for both quality and safety.
Maintain constant communication with builders providing updates of any and all changes.
Work closely with scheduling department and warehouse to monitor material usage for accuracy (e.g. shingle shortages).
Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
Serve as liaison between crews and builder with regard to daily installs.
Enforce safety regulations and remain abreast of OSHA regulations specific to industry.
Source and recruit labor crews.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities:
Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to oversee and coordinate a variety of people.
Thorough understanding of shingle roofing
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma/ General Education Diploma required
2-5 years of experience in construction industry required
2+ years of roofing experience is preferred
Bachelor's degree is a plus and preferred
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50-75 pounds at times.
Must be able to climb ladder and traverse roof at times.
Must be able to access and navigate all areas of construction site in various types of weather.

Directly reports to the Operations Supervisor. The Field Supervisor will be responsible for supplies and assigned special assignments, as necessary. Will function as second in command capable of performing the duties of the Shift Supervisor when required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Attend the required management meetings.
Assist with the training department as needed with continuing education and orientation.
Assigns and distributes work, reviews work for accuracy and completeness and returns assignments with recommendations for proper completion.
Collaborate with the communications department to maximize utilization of resources.
Review, respond to, and report all incidents and accidents in accordance with company policy.
Inspect field personnel, quarters, and units to ensure conformity of our EMS standards.
Collaborate with maintenance personnel to ensure safe vehicle performance.
Initiate disciplinary actions in accordance with our EMS operating procedure.
Determines medical disposition of patients and medical facility utilized; securing patient into ambulance and monitors the patient's condition enroute to the
hospital, providing continues medical care and treatment, and demonstrates a working knowledge of Division destination policies.
Assists Shift Supervisor with daily duties, acts as second in command when required.

Working Environment:
Due to the nature of EMS Care working conditions, employees may be exposed to inclement weather, potentially hazardous conditions, psychological stressors, diseases and other illnesses. Frequent interruptions, work pressure, difficult personalities and irregularities in work schedule are expected. Employees are subject to continually changing deadlines, while performing the duties of this job. The employee will be occasionally required to attend meetings, some of which may take place outside of regular working hours. The employee will occasionally go for periods of time without sleep, food, or breaks as determined by call load.

The Opportunity
This position is responsible for supervising the day-today plasma center operations and staff to ensure efficient plasma collections.
You will report to the Center Manager.
The Role
In compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), supervise center operations daily activities. Provide clear and consistent instructions and directions, conduct meetings, and clearly communicate performance expectations. May be required to perform tasks in work areas. Advise management of employee relation issues or escalated donor issues.
In conjunction with Group Leaders, facilitate donor movement throughout the center minimizing wait time and processing.
Ensure the center is staffed with adequate number of personnel to provide sufficient support based upon center size, structure and donor flow. Monitor time card reporting procedures, attendance, and utilization of overtime.
Conduct error investigations and develop recommendations for process improvement.
Participate with management in conducting performance appraisals, providing performance feedback. With management review, document verbal and written coaching level corrective actions as needed. Assist in maintaining up-to-date employee training files, checklists, and assist with performance evaluations and certification status.
May assist with the recruitment and selection of center operation staff.
Adhere to and promote compliance to company policies and procedures.
May assist with the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to increase donor retention.
Ensure accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system as outlined in the SOPs.
Understand policies and procedures associated with hyper immune programs at the center if applicable.
Maintain clean efficient work environment, and ensure sufficient operating supplies and forms are available. Comply with all Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies and procedures. This position contributes to the profitable management of clinical research business, consistent with company principles, strategies, and objectives. In this role, the individual will be accountable for overall coordination, organization, and efficient implementation of clinical trials including management of regulatory, clinical operations, and line management of Project Managers and support roles. Key Activities:
Planning and Management
: Supports Managing Partner implementation of business plans for achieving the strategic and tactical goals and objectives of the line of business.

Evaluate staff performance, identify growth opportunities, and ensure role clarity.

Manages the processes of informed consent, subject visits, source document, Case Report Form and other document preparation and disposition.
Completes study visits and pre-screening visits of participants as business needs dictate.

Skills Required:
B.A. or B.S. required;. A minimum of 7 years of progressive clinical trial management experience is required including prior Clinical Research Coordinator experience and experience in line management and/or leading teams.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with proven track record of implementing quality improvement initiatives, training programs, and regulatory compliance strategies in clinical research settings.
Understanding of Clinical Research Requirements: Demonstrated knowledge with clinical research study processes and requirements. Understands regulatory requirements, as well as Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
Thoroughness and Accuracy: Able to collect, organize, interpret, and record detailed information as required by study sponsors and regulatory and review agencies.
