Summary:
The SiteSupervisor is responsible for the daily oversight and support of Supported Living Services within designated programs assigned to them. This role ensures that the individual supported are provided with safe, high-quality, and person-centered care in their residential settings. The SiteSupervisor's primary duty is supervising Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), maintaining regulatory compliance, training staff, managing labor hours, and ensuring that client needs and preferences are continuously met. The SiteSupervisor is also responsible for managing and the oversight of the programs they are assigned to and services that are provided within the programs in accordance with state, federal, local regulations, standards of service and general quality of service to people served in these programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned residential programs, supervising assigned employees ensuring smooth and consistent support for clients in accordance with their plan (PCSP, IISP, FA/PBSP, HSP, etc.).
Supervise, train, coach, and mentor Direct Support Professionals to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices.
Conduct staff Counseling and Corrective action including work improvement plans and follow-up.
Serves as Positive role model and supports development of staff.
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all clients by actively monitoring services, support, and home environments, ensuring staff follow agency procedures to promote optimum safety practices and promote a safe environment, promote optimum health care and behavior supports.

Monitors labor hours and ensure assigned service sites are operating within budgetary guidelines.
Ensures a safe work environment to minimize workers compensation injuries and financial expenditures. Responsible for timely reporting of all service site injuries and assists with the management of claims.
Participate in the development and implementation of client Individual Instruction and Support Plans (IISPs); support with writing and updating plans as needed.
Supervise staff interactions with persons served and support staff to promote the rights of the persons served to achieve enhanced quality of life, promote their physical, social, and psychological wellbeing.
Promotes the individuality of persons served by ensuring the common living areas and bedrooms are individualized to reflect the personality of the person(s) who lives there.
Follows policies and protocols for disposal, collection, and storage of medical waste.
Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant Sails Washington policies, DDCS (Developmental Disabilities Community Services) requirements, and Washington State regulations.
Conduct regular QA checks and client check-ins to ensure services are being delivered as planned and provide timely and appropriate feedback with staff.
Observes the implementation of client's rights and coaches' staff on choice issues such as possessions, use of money, and church preferences.
Communicate regularly with families, conservators, case managers, and other outside agency representatives as appropriate.
Monitor and report incidents, complete follow-up documentation, and implement corrective actions when needed.
Monitor and ensure staff maintain organized and up-to-date documentation, including client files, staffing records, training logs, and compliance audits to ensure clients receive high quality service.
Support with the onboarding of new DSPs and ongoing professional development of the team.

Ensure team members maintain confidentiality of client information at all times. Furthermore, all necessary consents, HIPAA forms, Notice of Privacy Practices, and other required paperwork are completed, in advance, prior to treatment and when collaborating with other healthcare providers, agencies, and community resources.
Responsible for ensuring that any suspicion of or knowledge of suspected abuse is reported in accordance with the law and program policies. "Mandated Reporter".

Ensure all clients have needed personal care items, clothing, recreational items, entertainment equipment and access to preferred activities.

Monitor and supervise Direct Support Staff to ensure that each client is receiving the necessary support to participate in the activities and achieve the goals established in their Support Plans.
Monitor and supervise Direct Support Staff to ensure that clients' rights are being honored, and that opportunities for choices are being provided and encouraged.
Monitor and supervise staff to ensure that clients' funds are managed to guarantee needs are met. Will review client's petty cash and receipts weekly for accuracy and proper usage of funds.
Ensure that clients are provided with transportation for: medical appointments, therapies, work, school, activities, outings, and emergencies when they arise.
Ensure overall quality of care, supervision, and safety of SAILS clients along with proper documentation to the company standards.
Oversee, train, and provide progressive discipline to the Direct Support Staff with the assistance of the Assistant Area Director and Area Director.
Complete initial and annual employee performance review.
Communicate home repair needs to the appropriate landlord, maintenance provider or other appropriate persons in a timely manner and ensure needed repairs are completed quickly.
Responsible for the physical moving in or out of all clients, such as setting up transportation, personal belongings, shopping, furniture, bedding and other personal items.
Ensure the safety of the site from fire, flood, and other hazards.
Assess program effectiveness at achieving consumer's goals by constantly working with behaviorists in updating client's behavioral and skill goals.
Maintain CP Program security alarms.
Train and develop staff to be fully competent at their current job and to ensure that each employee receives sufficient direction and support to successfully fulfill their job responsibilities.
Coordinate staff new hire training before performing duties and supporting clients without direct supervision.
Coordinate outside and any additional training with Program Management.
Act as a Crisis On-Call Responder when designated.
Conduct weekly compliance checks and medication audits of the homes to ensure each home is in compliance with state regulations and SAILS Washington policies and submit weekly reports to the Area Director.
Attend client PCSP meetings. Collaborate with Assistant Area Director on designing and developing Individualized Instruction Support Plans (IISP). Coordinate new IISP and goal revisions with the residential team.
Review the IISP and PBSP plan every six months with Assistant Area Director and Behavior Support Program Manager.
Maintain professional working relationships with clients, families, vocational vendors, staff, DDCS Case/Resource Managers, co-workers, and other service providers.
Respond effectively to any client emergency and illness, following procedures and notify Program Management as required.
Maintain adequate supplies, materials, food, and emergency equipment to meet residents' needs.
Maintain all consumer and staff records as required.
Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure quality resident care and proper staff ratios are maintained.

Position Summary
The Site Experience Manager plays a vital role in providing structure and support to campers, guests and staff. This position oversees all office operations, including but not limited to checking in individuals arriving to camp, adjusting guest reservations as needed, communicating camper/guest needs to the reservation, program and property teams, filing and data management, overseeing the camp store; and performing various office tasks as needed.
Must be willing to work evenings and weekends on a Wednesday-Sunday schedule. Overnight communal housing is available; however, staff are not required to stay on camp. Meals in the dining hall will not be provided, however staff will be provided with a weekly food order and can prepare their meals in the kitchen in their staff lounge.
Compensation for this position is $145 - $155 per day, with the starting rate dependent on previous employment at GSWW camps.
Camp Season 2026 will run from June 7th through August 18th, with start and end dates determined by position. For the 2026 season, site rental staff will divide their summer between Camp Robbinswold and Camp St. Albans. They will begin at St. Albans for the first week of training, then transition to Robbinswold for the second week. Staff will work three weeks at Camp St. Albans , take a short break, and then complete three weeks at Camp Robbinswold.

Job Description
Allied Universal is hiring a Field Supervisor. The Field Supervisor supports operations for remotely managed accounts by performing on-site supervision of Security Professionals (SPs) and ensuring site coverage at all times. The Field Supervisor works closely with Operations Managers on a day-to-day basis to supervise remote service delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Visit assigned post locations on a regular basis (specific schedule varies) to monitor performance, address daily operations issues, communicate policy changes or company information, adjust staffing schedules as needed, and make post inspections to ensure professional image (including the hygiene and uniform appropriateness of officers) and quality standards are being maintained; post inspections also include checking that Post Order manual and all other post and training information is being properly maintained and updated, and that the Post is being properly maintained, cleaned and organized
Conduct on-the-job training, in coordination with site supervision, of new employees assigned to post, or when changes to post orders are made, this may include orientation to the post, review of post orders, routine responsibilities, and how to respond to emergency situations or specific client needs
Respond to call-offs that occur during their shift, which may include identifying other individuals to fill-in and/or standing post until such replacements arrive and also assist Scheduler with scheduling for call-offs or other changes that occur at the site
Identify any personnel problems occurring at posts, such as payroll issues, employee relations complaints or other concerns, and forward any such issues to Operations Manager and/or Corporate Human Resources Director; may also be responsible for writing a report of the situation or assisting with an investigation, as directed
May be responsible for administering counseling or disciplinary actions that have been initiated by Branch Manager and/or Corporate HR Director; Field Supervisor may not make or initiate such decisions on his/her own, but may execute such actions at the specific direction of Branch/Corporate Human Resources management
Distribute information to posts as directed by Branch or Corporate office, which may include communicating such information to Security Officers at posts and/or obtaining signed acknowledgements or other documents, and returning such documents to Branch or Corporate office
Respond to client or site emergencies as they arise, including ensuring appropriate communication to Operations and/or Branch Manager
QUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
High school diploma or equivalent
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Valid Driver's License with at least one year of driving experience and:
No major violations within last 36 months
No more than one at-fault accident in last 24 months
No more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months)
No combination of one at-fault accident and one minor moving violation in last 24 months
Minimum of three (3) years of professional protective service (e.g., security) experience
Ability to write effective and concise reports in legible handwriting
Able to use good independent judgment and discretion
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
Ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization, including clients
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines

and markers, and managing the lighting systems for the event. Field conditions may

club or team utilizing the district property is following the scheduled event as planned. If
any damages or concerns arise, you must report them to the Communities Use Specialist.
