Job Description Field Supervisor Midwest Pool Management is looking to hire energetic, trustworthy, and reliable Field Supervisors. The Field Supervisor role is a fast-paced partnership with the facility management staff. In this position there will be daily and direct interaction with field staff and District Managers. The Field Supervisor will be a partner of the facility manager to ensure that the teams of staff they are responsible for have the knowledge, skills, resources, and training needed to achieve company and personal success. You will also be responsible for providing high-quality, professional pool maintenance including regular maintenance and cleaning of municipal, commercial, and private swimming pools. You will drive your own vehicle to our various pools on a flexible route and transport pool equipment and supplies as needed. Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of youth development associates at your site. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of each child by operating the program in a safe and purposeful manner. Manage site operations and compliance with YMCA and licensing standards. Prepare weekly/monthly activity plans and snack menus that meet established educational and environmental standards. Maintain financial records, collect and monitor bi-weekly fee payment process, including monitoring accounts receivables and communicating with families about balances. Distributes a professional site newsletter and calendar on a monthly basis. Organizes and meets fundraising site goal and actively recruits at least one parent volunteer from the program to assist with meeting the goal. Qualifications Associate's degree, either in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field or sufficient college coursework/credits and a minimum of six months experience in order to meet state licensing requirements for Director Approval at the capacity of the site. Qualifications to obtain a Program Director's approval, in the state of Missouri, holding a license for the capacity of the site. Minimum of six months experience in understanding and applying the principles of school-age development and programming in a before and after school program. Relationship building and leadership skills. Sensitivity to clientele and associates representing a variety of family, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds. Active involvement with and supervision of children requiring physical stamina, alertness, and emotional stability. Commitment and desire to provide quality school age programming. Reports to: Operations Branch Manager Regional Branch Manager Branch: Focus Respiratory, a subsidiary of Quipt Home Medical Classification: Non-Exempt Requirements Administrative: • Responsible for correctly processing all purchase requests and orders • Participates in performing employee reviews and assessments within 90 days of anniversary date and annually • Regularly in servicing staff on relevant issues • Ensures that all staff is familiar with infection control, patient procedures, environmental safety, etc. Revised 4/12/2021 • Oversees Branch staff tasks throughout shift • Oversees and if necessary, performs several processing duties for the Branch as necessary including, but not limited to assisting customers, confirming delivery appointments, and answering phones • Responsible for all aspects of inventory management, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly inventory counts • Manages company vehicles in the respective location. Duties include ensuring that all maintenance and repairs are done in a cost effective and timely manner • Ensures that all equipment is patient ready by utilizing proper cleaning and maintenance procedures based on company and manufacturers written guidelines • Oversees equipment is processed appropriately for warranty repairs and warranty exchanges • Maintains all regulatory and necessary compliance data for accreditation and maintains compliance with all state and federal regulations • Responsible to be the contact for any regulatory site visit • Will handle patient complaints that present to the office • Responsible for completing compliant form and follow the compliant process • Performs other duties as required Building Maintenance: • Develops and ensures compliance with a regular cleaning and maintenance schedule Ensures compliance with a regular cleaning and maintenance schedule of the facility • Monitors the disposal of organization equipment and supplies Experience: · Two or more years of related experience in a warehouse environment required · Good organizational skills. · Strong customer relations/problem solving. · Strong phone skills. · Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. · Ability to multi-task effectively. · Ability to communicate effectively in person, on the phone and electronically. · Microsoft Office programs. · Basic printing/faxing/scanning.
