Overview

Survey, establish, and maintain project limits and property lines.

Maintain architectural and structural as-builts and check on the accuracy and completeness over the course of the job.

Position Overview

This is a field-based position. The supervisor may reside in any of the listed counties and will travel regularly throughout the region. Base location may be Allentown or Reading, PA, depending on the candidate's proximity.
You will oversee a team of caregivers, ensure care plan compliance, train staff, and act as a liaison between the field and office teams.
Responsibilities
Supervise DCWs, HHAs, and CNAs providing in-home care across the region
Conduct regular field visits to observe, coach, and support caregivers
Onboard and train new field staff and ensure compliance with state regulations
Support care coordination, client satisfaction, and shift coverage
Respond to client concerns, resolve incidents, and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications

Must be bilingual - English and Spanish
