Qualifications * Education: Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * Experience: 10-15+ years in semiconductor or ASIC/SoC design with technical leadership experience. * Proven track record in ASIC development or one of the ASIC flow stages (e.g., RTL design, Verification, Analog Design, Etc.). * Strong understanding of semiconductor design methodologies and project execution. * Hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and scripting (e.g., Python, TCL, or C/C++). * Startup experience or ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. * Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire technical excellence. * Experience establishing and scaling new engineering sites.
