Responsibilities:
Professionally represent Hamilton Plumbing, Heating, A/C, and Rooter to our customers including with visual, verbal and written expressions.
Manage productivity on installation jobs by helping to coordinate logistics for materials and equipment and holding field staff accountable to job time frames
Maintain quality on installation jobs as measured by company standards, inspection pass rates and re-call rates.
Maintain customer satisfaction on installation jobs by ensuring thorough communication and as measured by customer surveys and referral rates.
Train and supervise field staff in installation methods and practices to achieve the above goals and to maintain safe practices.
Coordinate and schedule, manpower, materials and equipment for productivity
Responsible for technician truck inventory that happens twice a year
Visit and inspect jobs for training purposes and to verify quality and safe practices
Attend and/or facilitate meetings to train field staff on procedures and practices
Provide technical assistance to mechanics as needed
Assist with interviewing and hiring of installation plumbers
Follow up with customers to address outstanding issues and ensure 100% satisfaction
Prepare and take action on reports detailing productivity, quality and customer satisfaction by job type and installation crew.
Assist with evening and weekend on-call coverage as necessary
Other related duties and tasks as needs arise
Qualifications:
Master Plumbing License (Kansas, Missouri, & St. Joe, MO)
Comprehensive knowledge of methods, materials and equipment used in installing plumbing systems including water heaters, water filtration, softeners, and day-to-day plumbing needs
Understanding and knowledge of hazards and safe practices on plumbing install jobs
Demonstrated ability to plan labor, materials and logistics to optimize productivity
Strong verbal and written communication skills including timely follow-up on needs/issues
Prior supervisory experience supervising/managing residential plumbing service technicians
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook applications

Job Scope
The Site Manager is responsible for the oversight of Nalco's service team and scope of work execution on a day-to-day basis at our customer facilities. They are responsible for the safe execution of our scope of work and ensure it aligns with customer contract commitments. Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the development and implementation of a site-specific safety plan.
Strong working knowledge of industrial water treatment technologies including RO systems, heating and cooling, physical and chemical processes, corrosion protection, and biological (anaerobic and aerobic). Wastewater and metals removal background not required.
Responsible for hiring, training, and managing 4-6 direct reports (service technicians).
Develop and maintain site-specific documentation including procedures, work instruction, process control plans and process flows. Train the sales and service team on these site-specific documents and maintain database of these documents.
Responsible for planning and conducting audits that review the operations, maintenance, compliance with safety and contract requirements.
Responsible for forecasting and controlling costs for the assigned responsibilities.
Responsible for developing strong working relationships with the customer, Nalco technicians and Nalco sales team.
Accountable for developing the training materials, schedule and conducting the training for site personnel to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles safely, efficiently, and effectively.
Assist Nalco sales team in pursuing new business and contract renewal
Supports the business development process in the retention and extension of contracts.
Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of 3 years' water treatment experience
Operations experience in an administrative and budgetary role.
Computer literacy and competency with Microsoft Office programs.
Associate's Degree in technical field/engineering or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years' experience managing or supervising employees.
Industry experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Experience managing multiple sites or facility operations/maintenance.
RO, biocide additions, dosing calculations, adiabatic knowledge preferred.

About the role:
Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high-quality plasma you collect will become life-changing medicines. You will report to the Center Manager and oversee the general management of employees assigned to the production areas.
BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd.
How you will contribute:
You will oversee employee performance and scheduling
You will lead Inventory Control efforts and lead in operational efforts
You will work with donors to resolve concerns
You will analyze opportunities specific to non-conforming events
You will perform all tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas.
You will foster teamwork, communicate and resolve conflicts.
What you bring to Takeda:
High school diploma or equivalent
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification
Frequent bending and reaching
Ability to walk and stand for entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds
Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance
Because of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, pro-longed glove wear is required

U.S. Hourly Wage Range:
$22.19 - $30.51
The estimated hourly wage range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual hourly wage offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The actual hourly wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term incentives. Responsibilities

Organizes and meets fundraising site goal and actively recruits at least one parent volunteer from the program to assist with meeting the goal.
Qualifications
Associate's degree, either in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field or sufficient college coursework/credits and a minimum of six months experience in order to meet state licensing requirements for Director Approval at the capacity of the site.
Qualifications to obtain a Program Director's approval, in the state of Missouri, holding a license for the capacity of the site.
Minimum of six months experience in understanding and applying the principles of school-age development and programming in a before and after school program.
Relationship building and leadership skills.
Sensitivity to clientele and associates representing a variety of family, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds.
Active involvement with and supervision of children requiring physical stamina, alertness, and emotional stability.
