General Responsibilities

Position Overview:
The Residential Site Supervisor supports the Residential Program Supervisor (or Program Manager) to oversee the daily operations of their assigned program site(s) to create a safe, energetic, and positive environment for at-risk youth living in a residential program. The incumbent supports the Program Supervisor as the “eyes and ears” of their assigned site, monitoring the activities of youth and residential staff. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of the hourly Food Safety Sanitors and Lead Persons in the designated departments and areas of our customer's plants to ensure that our team is working safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory agency, customer, and company policies and procedures. Job duties include:
* Responsible for the daily supervision and management of sanitors for specific areas and departments at our customers' facilities.
* The position's primary duty involves customary and regular direction of the work of the sanitors. While the Site Supervisor may at peak times (e.g., start-up and pre-op) utilize their independent judgment and discretion to assist the sanitation laborers, the Site Supervisor's primary duty does not involve the performance of manual labor.
* Apportion work assignments among the sanitation lead persons and sanitors.
* Ensure sanitors work safely, efficiently, and in compliance with governmental, customer, and company policies and procedures.
* Evaluate sanitors for the purpose of recommending promotions or other changes in status.
* Ensure that the sanitation team complies with all internal company procedures and policies, including Technical Services, Human Resources, Accounting, IT, and general customer service.

* Safety Handbook, and Cleaning Procedures.

We are looking for 5-10 individuals to supervise all games for the Fall/Winter season. Job duties include:
* Being first on-site at each game to set up equipment

* Communicating with Emergency Services should an emergency arise on site
* Remaining on-site during games for troubleshooting and supervisory services
* Ensure that the equipment is correctly put away at the end of the program
* Providing feedback and communicating issues of importance to direct supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
Training provided! Qualified applicants must be at least 16 years old with a strong knowledge of sports. Applicants must be mature and confident, while being able to communicate with adult players or parents. Must possess a high level of commitment and responsibility, while demonstrating regular and reliable attendance.
HOURS & PAY
The season begins in September and runs through December. Schedule will vary, including weeknights and Saturdays. The position starts at $15.00/hour.

Participate in all monthly meetings and trainings as requested

Assist with emergency procedures and building evacuation if necessary
Maintain and document daily communication and cooperation with parents

Plan and implement age appropriate activities promoting the social/emotional safety and development of all participants ages 5-12 years old; post and turn in schedule as requested
Resolve conflicts and problems that may arise between children through redirection and logical consequences

Knowledge, Skill and Work Experience Required:
Must have valid driver's license and a good driving record. This position includes a pre-employment drug test and is part of a random drug testing program.

Operations Management
Provide consistent employee orientation using company standards that include safety and accident procedures and anti-harassment standards.
