The Manufacturing Site Manager will develop and maintain an organization onsite at the Kennesaw, GA site that supports both Business and Operational strategies. You will be responsible for providing strategic, developmental, and tactical direction of the facility to drive Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely delivery of product to our customers within the desired Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, and Customer Service standards. Drive the root cause/corrective action process for critical issues and ensure that all corrective actions are completed and sustained and drive the predicted results. Conformance with the PPG and SBU Quality and EH&S policies. Ensure MOCs, RCCA for EHS CARs and Quality CARs are completed as expected. The incumbent, in combination with quality, is responsible for obtaining and maintaining appropriate quality standards and certifications. Effectively manages production operations with federal, state, and municipal environmental, health and safety regulations. Ensure compliance with local, provincial, and federal regulations (e.g., hazardous waste manifests, WSIB, MOE). Serve as the primary point of contact for state and local government agencies. Approve regulatory documentation including USMCA Certificates of Origin and import/export compliance (Canada). What You'll Do As the Center Supervisor, you'll be a key partner to the center leadership team and a visible leader on the donor floor, helping coordinate critical aspects of daily operations while ensuring a safe and welcoming experience.
