This role provides leadership of a team consisting of highly skilled technicians, engineers and managers across critical services, including Total Gas Management (TGM), Total Chemical Management (TCM), and Logistics Management, ensuring uninterrupted support for high-volume manufacturing (HVM) and advanced technology nodes. The Site Manager ensures all operations meet stringent safety, quality, and uptime requirements while aligning with customer expectations and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Safety & Compliance
Develop and implement a comprehensive EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) program tailored to semiconductor fab operations, including risk assessments, emergency response, and business continuity planning.
Ensure compliance with SEMI standards, OSHA regulations, and local environmental laws.
Lead incident investigations and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Monitor and trend safety performance metrics; proactively address potential hazards in cleanroom and sub-fab environments.
Conduct regular audits to maintain compliance with customer, industry, and regulatory requirements.
Quality & Operational Integrity
Establish and maintain a robust Quality Management System (QMS) for gas and chemical delivery systems, aligned with ISO standards.
Ensure strict adherence to SOPs for high-purity gas and chemical handling, minimizing contamination risk.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process reliability and reduce downtime.
Lead root cause analysis for service interruptions impacting production and implement sustainable solutions.
People Leadership
Manage and develop a team of technicians and engineers supporting TGM and TCM operations.
Oversee workforce planning, training, and certification programs to ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols and hazardous material handling.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence through coaching and performance management.
Financial & Contract Management
Manage customer contracts, including renewals, scope adjustments, and change orders.
Monitor operational costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction without compromising safety or quality.
Deliver value-added solutions to improve fab efficiency and reduce total cost of ownership (TCO).
Reporting & Communication
Provide timely reporting on KPIs such as uptime, safety incidents, and quality metrics.
Maintain transparent communication with customer stakeholders and internal leadership.
Escalate critical operational or compliance issues promptly.
Must have strong client relationship skills, will develop a strong relationship with Client staff
Operational Excellence
Oversee all aspects of gas and chemical distribution systems, including bulk storage, point-of-use delivery, and sub-fab operations.
Ensure zero-defect material delivery to support advanced manufacturing.
Benchmark site performance against industry best practices and drive standardization across multiple fabs.
Collaborate with global teams to share lessons learned and implement best-in-class solutions.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering
Experience:
Minimum 8 years of experience and 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing or related high-tech industry.
Strong knowledge of high-purity gas and chemical systems, cleanroom protocols, and fab operations.
Familiarity with contract management, financial processes, and quality systems.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP or MES system experience preferred.
Knowledge of SEMI standards, ISO 9001, and EHS regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Description:
Under the general supervision of the COO, the Site Manager is responsible for overseeing all of the administrative and day-to-day business operations of the assigned TCCH clinic(s) to support the care model. This position supports the Mission, Vision and Values of the organization and works with the leadership team to help instill TCCH values with the team they support. The Site Manager performs many leadership, organizational and decision-making tasks to maintain and grow the site. Duties include employee selection and development, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing the budget of the site and other duties as assigned.
Essential Functions
Oversees daily management of a TCCH clinic with direct accountability for operations, staff productivity, patient satisfaction, and staff management and engagement.
Provides management, guidance, and training to staff in daily site operations and performs duties of clinic staff when necessary to maintain site operations.
Motivates staff and organizes day-to-day activity of assigned site. Ensures scheduling of staff to promote provider productivity, service quality, operational and financial viability, and appropriate patient access.
Ensures compliance with government regulations, statutory requirements, best practices, and TCCH policies for all activities within the site.
Designs and implements site specific business strategies to support the mission and care model of TCCH and ensures practices are aligned with other TCCH sites to ensure consistency of experience.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO:**
**The Site Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of the hourly Food Safety Sanitors and Lead Persons in the designated departments and areas of our customer's plants to ensure that our team is working safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory agency, customer, and company policies and procedures. Job duties include:**
+ Responsible for the daily supervision and management of sanitors for specific areas and departments at our customers' facilities.
+ The position's primary duty involves customary and regular direction of the work of the sanitors. While the Site Supervisor may at peak times (e.g., start-up and pre-op) utilize their independent judgment and discretion to assist the sanitation laborers, the Site Supervisor's primary duty does not involve the performance of manual labor.
+ Apportion work assignments among the sanitation lead persons and sanitors.
+ Ensure sanitors work safely, efficiently, and in compliance with governmental, customer, and company policies and procedures.
+ Evaluate sanitors for the purpose of recommending promotions or other changes in status.
+ Ensure that the sanitation team complies with all internal company procedures and policies, including Technical Services, Human Resources, Accounting, IT, and general customer service.
+ Ensure compliance with the procedures set forth in the Team Member Handbook,
+ Safety Handbook, and Cleaning Procedures.
+ Assist Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager implement training programs including safety training and ERP.
+ Report and investigate all accidents.

**YOUR MUST HAVES:**
+ Must be 18 years of age or older.
+ 6 or more months of sanitation experience.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for managing on-site activities related to signage installation, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. This hands-on role includes coordinating with subcontractors, verifying site readiness, resolving field issues, and maintaining quality standards across multiple job sites. Travel is required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review the overall project with the Project Manager, including plans and drawings, to fully understand the details of each sign type.
Identify and communicate installation-related concerns to the Project Manager and/or Installation Manager.
Conduct field surveys as needed to gather accurate site data and verify field conditions.
Assess and become familiar with jobsite logistics. Coordinate with installation subcontractors to confirm required equipment and manpower.
Collaborate with subcontractors and/or the General Contractor to identify suitable locations for receiving and storing products prior to installation.
Verify that all sign locations and mounting surfaces are ready and prepared for installation.
Attend on-site subcontractor meetings as required or deemed beneficial.
Confirm that interface conditions align with approved plans. When discrepancies arise, develop and document alternative solutions.
Understand procedures for sign placement and ensure that final locations are approved and documented by the client whenever possible.
Ensure underground utilities are properly located prior to excavation and maintain documentation of the findings.
Coordinate with surveyors, when needed, to accurately field-locate foundations for ground-mounted signs.
Confirm that all deliveries are inspected and signed for by either the installation subcontractor or a designated CREO employee.
Track all fabricated sign components, hardware, templates, UL labels, and permits. Prepare for installation according to specifications and have contingencies in place.
Verify that installation patterns are accurate and consistent with as-built conditions.
Coordinate scheduling and site access with the general contractor and other trades. Understand CREO's contracted scope and notify the Project Manager of any potential scope changes. Obtain proper authorization before proceeding and document costs for change order recovery.
Proactively identify potential issues and resolve conflicts as they arise.
Ensure proper handling, transportation, and installation of signs to protect high-quality finishes.
Oversee all on-site work performed by subcontractors. Understand their scope, ensure quality workmanship, document conflicts, and protect CREO from unwarranted charges.
Maintain professional communication with designers, general contractors, trades, consultants, and internal team members.
Submit daily reports as outlined by the Installation Manager.
Represent CREO during punch list walks with clients and/or the design team when required. Accurately record and address all feedback.
Coordinate permit submittals and inspections when applicable.
Serve as Lead Installer when not assigned as Site Superintendent.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Current WA State Driver's License and clean driving record
Ability to pass drug screen at random. This is dictated to client and site requirements.
8 years' experience as a Site Supervisor and/or Installer for custom fabrication.
GED or High School Diploma is required.
Travel is required. Significant travel to out-of-town jobsites, overtime, and weekend or night work as dictated by site conditions and project schedule.
