The House Supervisor RN acts as a mentor and role model for the nursing staff on his/her shift by supporting and assisting the staff in development of problem-solving assertiveness and leadership skills. RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure compliance with all state and agency standards related to DD services, including monitoring of providers and contractors.
Evaluate staff performance, document supervisory activities, and support professional growth.
Identify training needs and ensure access to development opportunities.
Provide consistent documentation, support, and follow-up related to service operations.
Maintain confidentiality of client and personnel information.

Monitor services and support for individuals as outlined in OAR's and documents according per ODDS guidelines. Ensure contractors and providers adhere to relevant OARs.
Report Serious Events per published guidelines. Report abuse and implement protective services when requested.
Responsible for maintenance, submission, and timeliness of all records, progress notes, reports, and all other required documentation.
Meet all billable services contact requirements during the month.

Education and Experience
The Site Supervisor is a designated leadership position requiring comprehensive knowledge of Oregon's public service system for developmental disabilities. Candidates must possess either five years of experience in staff supervision or five years of technical or professional-level work related to developmental disabilities services. A bachelor's degree or equivalent coursework in a field related to management (such as business or public administration) or developmental disabilities services may substitute for up to three years of the required experience.
CERTIFICATIONS
None required, though certification through ODDS as an Eligibility Specialist and/or Services Coordinator is preferred.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the oversight of shelter services and programming in a manner that is consistent with Transition Projects mission, values, policies and procedures. Actively participate in shelter processes and work as part of a team to provide services to participants. This is a non-exempt, unrepresented full-time position.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Site Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of the hourly Food Safety Sanitors and Lead Persons in the designated departments and areas of our customer's plants to ensure that our team is working safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory agency, customer, and company policies and procedures. Job duties include:
* Responsible for the daily supervision and management of sanitors for specific areas and departments at our customers' facilities.
* The position's primary duty involves customary and regular direction of the work of the sanitors. While the Site Supervisor may at peak times (e.g., start-up and pre-op) utilize their independent judgment and discretion to assist the sanitation laborers, the Site Supervisor's primary duty does not involve the performance of manual labor.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in the oversight of shelter services and programming in a manner that is consistent with Transition Projects mission, values, policies and procedures. Function as the operational supervisor of shelter shift activities. Provide advocacy, information, and referral services to participants staying in emergency shelters. Actively participate in shelter processes and work as part of a team to provide services to participants. This is a non-exempt, unrepresented full-time position.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide leadership, support, and positive role modeling for shelter staff. Promote a team environment where participant needs and success are paramount.
Demonstrate and empower staff to take initiative, problem solve, prevent and deescalate crises, and while maintaining a safe space.
Function as an active member of the shelter staff team.
Perform all of the functions of residential positions, including but not limited to Residential Advocate and Custodian.
Facilitate staff and team meetings in the absence of the manager.
Coordinate and provide coverage for team members when they are absent.
Assist in developing and implementing on-the-job training and guidance for Residential Advocates.
Provide support and assist staff in following policies and procedures.

Contribute to the selection of staff during the hiring process.
