As an On-Site Close Out Manager, you will be responsible for complex data center construction projects, implementing and overseeing construction closeout processes, ability to perform field verification as-built audits, and initiating action needed to keep construction closeout on schedule with the highest quality. The Field NDE Supervisor will take on additional duties to assist the Operations Manager in managing robust NDE and Materials Verification projects for clients, primarily in the midstream pipeline and facility oil and gas industry. In this role, the Supervisor will be responsible assisting in; scheduling NDE technicians and assuring they are certified and OQ'd appropriately, assuring equipment used on projects are within calibration, assuring technicians are collecting critical job-site information and data correctly, reviews daily progress reports for accuracy. Reporting to the Operations Manager. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by adhering to Company and Customer safety standards and procedures. * Travel to clients' locations. * Setting up, calibrating, and maintaining NDE equipment. * Conducting robust inspections on pipelines and midstream facilities. * Conducting robust material verification using non-destructive techniques. * Direct assessment and correlation of In Line Inspection (ILI) runs on client assets. * Program development: key team member in continual improvement of service program to include improvement support of procedures and work instructions. * Interpreting inspection results, completing inspection reports, and presenting final deliverables to customers. * Ensures quality standards and client specific requirements are achieved. * Read and interpret drawings and schematics. * Assist other technicians in the field, as necessary. * Supports and solicits input and feedback from team members at all levels within the organization. * Assures all technicians on project work safely and complete all company and client safety daily paperwork. * Works safely and completes all company and client safety daily paperwork. * Takes an active role in assisting Business Development to identify growth within the assigned client. * Must adhere to company and client policies and procedures in their entirety. * Other duties as assigned by management. * Assists operations manager in client forecasting for both equipment and personnel.
