The Assistant Site Manager (ASM) is a key operational leader, responsible for the management, training, and preparedness of all role players at assigned USSOCOM training locations. Serving as the direct on-site manager, the ASM oversees daily safety, scenario briefings, logistical requirements, and quality of role player performance to ensure the seamless execution of high-fidelity, real-world training. This position is critical to sustaining safety, security, and operational effectiveness in support of Special Operations Forces training objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
These services are required to support unique efforts which may require:
Lead and supervise role players at assigned training sites, ensuring adherence to safety and scenario objectives
Prepare and brief role players for training evolutions; ensure personnel are properly trained and equipped
Serve as the primary on-site liaison with the Lead Range Safety Officer (LRSO) and the Site Manager
Manage on-site contractor firearms, safety gear, wardrobe, and related equipment
Ensure compliance with operational security protocols, including prohibition of unauthorized photographs, video, and electronic devices
Coordinate arrival times, travel, and scheduling for role players at each site
Safeguard government-furnished information and property
Required Skills and Abilities:
U.S. citizenship
Active SECRET security clearance
Documented operational experience working directly with U.S. SOF
Documented experience as a U.S. SOF Close Quarter Combat (CQC) RSO, demonstrating a thorough understanding of safety controls for training scenarios
Proficient in small arms handling and simulated firing safety
Proficient in English (for effective instruction and safety communication)
Willingness to sign a Nondisclosure Agreement with consent to monitor social media
Must pass background check and meet security clearance standards
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Assist the Project Manager in the implementation and coordination of on-site quality control. Hold onsite scope/QC meetings with crews and/or subcontractors before beginning each definable feature of work to ensure all parties are clear on the installation, execution, and quality expectations of the scope.
Drive the importance of a safety-first mindset to everyone touching the project. Hold crews, subcontractors, and others accountable for all daily safety requirements, including daily safety huddles, toolbox talks, PPE, safety notifications, reports, and documentation, to ensure the jobsite and the company comply with all standards, rules, and regulations issued by OSHA at all times.
Prepare Daily Reports each day to make sure no issues are overlooked, and that the jobsite is running as it should.
Ensure that all jobsites are left in a weather-tight condition daily.
Provide daily progress photos of the safety, scope installations, etc.
Comfortable managing multiple projects at varying stages within a lifecycle, if necessary.
Manage a small team of employees, providing oversight, direction, and mentoring in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Resolve on-site issues.
Hands-on installations, demonstrations, and ensuring proper applications as necessary.
Conduct daily job site inspections, utilizing both written and photographic documentation.

Responsibilities:
Onsite supervision of a group of guards or a specific sector or function of the guard program.
Ensure all assigned guard posts are staffed, monitoring performance of assigned guard force personnel.
Ensure that all guard personnel are aware of and abide by all post and general orders and standard operating procedures established at the TO level.
When assigned to Emergency Response Team (ERT) duty:
1. At the team level, manage and direct emergency response operations on a day-to-day basis.
2. Directly supervise all assigned ERT members, ensuring that all work assignments are completed.
3. Ensure all ERT assignments are properly staffed, equipped, and ready to respond.
4. Direct and control emergency response activity, both in-person and through radio communications.
Qualifications:
For bio approval, the SS shall meet the following qualifications:
Applicants must pass the pre-employment Physical Readiness Test (PRT) in order to advance in the application process for the position.
Must be a U.S. citizen/TCN, as specified in the TO.
Must demonstrate Level 3 English language proficiency.
Must possess one (1) of the following:
1. A minimum of six (6) years of experience as a military officer or NCO (at E-6 or above or equivalent), or equivalent law enforcement/armed commercial guard force supervisory experience;
2. Three (3) years of ERT/QRF experience on WPS III or WPS II; or
3. One (1) year of SL experience under WPS III or any of its predecessor contracts.
4. Experience must include physical security, access control, and force protection, and must be similar in complexity and scope to the specific requirements of the TO.
5. Experience may be gained in the employ of any federal, state, provincial, local, or commercial entities providing armed guard services that require skills similar to those identified in the guard training course as outlined in WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 2, Training.
Must attend and successfully complete a supervisory course meeting the requirements established in WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 1, Position Descriptions, Section 1.2.C.
Upon bio approval and before beginning work on the contract, the SS shall:
Attend and successfully complete the applicable guard training course, as outlined in WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 2, Training.
U.S. citizen and TCN guard personnel shall qualify with the Glock-19, M4 or MK18 as specified by the designated TO, M240, and M249, re-qualifying as required in WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 2, Training.
Obtain and maintain a Personnel Security Clearance/Public Trust determination, or RSO Vetting as identified in the TO.
Complete the WPS III Physical Readiness Test, per WPS III IDIQ, Attachment 15, Physical Readiness Test Protocols and Standards, at the sixty-five (65) percent performance level, and maintain that fitness level for the duration of his/her service on the TO.
Possess no impediments to traveling overseas to and within countries that are considered dangerous or unhealthy in general, or to the country or countries assigned in the applicable TO.

* Position will be required to work two(2) of the following holiday/holiday weekends: Memorial Day/Weekend; 4th of July/weekend; Labor Day/Weekend.
* Position will work either a Sunday - Thursday shift or a Tuesday - Saturday shift.

If the applicant lacks the required certifications at the time of hire but obtains them prior to May 1, CCPR will reimburse 50% of the certification registration fee (only) at the end of the season, contingent on satisfactory performance. The full-time, on-site, working Commercial Glazing Site Foreman position is responsible for daily operational accountability, planning, directing, coordinating, and executing assigned projects to achieve expectations of excellence, efficiency, and accountability related to safety, quality, budget, production, and customer service. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for full project ownership, including, but not limited to:
Review all activities with the Project Manager/Subcontractors and the project team.
Maintain the project construction schedule.
Attend all Owner/GC and subcontractor coordination and preconstruction meetings, as required.
Receive, review, and document the resolution to all project-specific issues.

Responsible for making sure all materials required to complete the scope are inspected and available on site in a timely manner for installation.

Fabricate/install metal for glass installation, using aluminum or steel framing.
Operate cranes or hoists with suction cups to lift large, heavy pieces of glass.
Field verify and provide necessary shop drawings/sketches for fabrication.
Assist the Project Manager in the implementation and coordination of on-site quality control. Hold onsite scope/QC meetings with crews and/or subcontractors before beginning each definable feature of work to ensure all parties are clear on the installation, execution, and quality expectations of the scope.
Drive the importance of a safety-first mindset to everyone touching the project. Hold crews, subcontractors, and others accountable for all daily safety requirements, including daily safety huddles, toolbox talks, PPE, safety notifications, reports, and documentation, to ensure the jobsite and the company comply with all standards, rules, and regulations issued by OSHA at all times.
Prepare Daily Reports each day to make sure no issues are overlooked, and that the jobsite is running as it should.
Ensure that all jobsites are left in a weather-tight condition daily.
Provide daily progress photos of the safety, scope installations, etc.
Comfortable managing multiple projects at varying stages within a lifecycle, if necessary.
Manage a small team of employees, providing oversight, direction, and mentoring in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Resolve on-site issues.
