Daily CRM data entry in the notes section of our CRM software is necessary-view notes, information to set up for jobs, complete forms, add pictures, etc. Records job site information on the Site Supervisor forms in the CRM. Must be dependable and on time. Clocks in and out utilizing the time clock in BambooHR. Materials pick up at suppliers as needed. Submits invoices, receipts and paperwork to the office as items are purchased. Maintains inventory at the shop and contributes to keeping things organized. Essential Functions and Responsibilities The following duties are primarily performed and are essential for this position.
