The Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Applications team is responsible for our internal implementation of the full Zuora stack: CPQ, Billing, Revenue, and Collect/Payments. This position reports to the Q2C Applications Manager along with two business systems analysts. Additionally, there is indirect support by a mix of project managers, scrum masters, architects, and developers.
THE OPPORTUNITY / YOUR MISSION
The Zuora Billing Administrator will support our internal Zuora application stack--yes, we proudly use our own products!--and users on our global Sales, Deal Desk, Billing Operations, Revenue, and Collections teams.
OUR TECH STACK: You will be primarily responsible for our internal implementation and administration of Zuora Billing but will also be involved in day to day ops of Zuora Revenue, Zuora Collect, Avalara, payment gateways, and related integrations. Other relevant tools you might interact with include Salesforce, Zuora CPQ, FinancialForce, NetSuite, Google Workspace, Slack, and Lucidchart.
WHAT YOU'LL ACHIEVE:

The Role
We are seeking a Product Lead to own and guide the direction of our Node Services product vertical to help us improve the way millions of people interact with blockchains every day. Our Node Services team manages billions of API requests a day and is a critical piece of infrastructure supporting the entire blockchain ecosystem. Working with an absurdly talented engineering, product and go-to-market team, you'll leverage your leadership, analytical and technical skills to craft and execute a strategic roadmap for the most fundamental team at all of Alchemy.
Responsibilities
Set the strategic roadmap for Alchemy's largest, most impactful product and engineering team, informed by close relationships with our customers, quantitative analyses, and partnership with other internal teams at Alchemy

The Role
As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to own critical engineering programs from concept through execution and help shape the function as one of our first TPM hires. This role will leverage strong leadership, ownership, communication, and engineering skills - as well as deep cross-functionality across Engineering, Product Management, Business Development, and Customer Support - to build out and scale programs, guide engineering, and archetype the organizational structure required to keep Alchemy the most reliable blockchain platform in the world.
What You'll Do:

Define, scope, and improve operational needs across the engineering organization, including standardization of best practices, processes, and documentation.

The Role
We're looking for a Strategic Business Development Manager to lead our engagement with enterprise fintechs and traditional financial institutions, helping them explore and integrate blockchain technology. This role is ideal for someone who understands the evolving financial services landscape, has experience working with large FinTechs and/or TradFi players, and can navigate long sales cycles with enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
