Laurent Uberti, Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sitel Group, leads the group’s Global Executive Team. As Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Sitel Group’s Philippines, India, Australia & New Zealand operations, Ravi Iyengar is responsible for all aspects of operations in the Asia Pacific region. Ravi was promoted into this role in 2019 after leading Sitel India since 2011 where he led the country to a Center of Excellence for the group with strong and balanced results across Financials, People Metrics and Client KPI Performance. Under his leadership, India, the Philippines, Australia and New Zealand are working together to form a strong Asian footprint and drive a high-performance, people-centric culture in the region.

David Slaviero is Sitel’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO). He joined Groupe Acticall in 2001 and, since 2004, has been head of the Information Systems department. This includes managing and monitoring the IT teams, project management, consulting, information system maintenance and evolution.

Elisabeth Destailleur holds the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Sitel Group. In her role, she works to build the most financially sound and dynamic company in the industry. Prior to the acquisition of Sitel Group by Groupe Acticall in September 2015 and since March 2006, Elisabeth has been CFO of Groupe Acticall in charge of the financial division of the Groupe. She has various fields of responsibility such accounting, tax, financial reporting, cash management, legal and corporate services.

Technical leader with extensive experience in technology, business management, consulting and cyber security with a record of successfully delivering high-value projects. Effective at interacting and communicating with C-Level/board members as well as technical architects & engineers.

Technology: Deep technical experience managing applications: production operations, development operations, business analytics, database analytics and infrastructure: network, systems, storage, data-center operations, call-center help desk, desktop support.

Business Management: Extensive experience with budget & cost control, technical procurement & vendor management, technical team recruiting, development & retention, technical M&A (due diligence & integration).

Consulting: Extensive consulting experience delivering for international Fortune 100 companies. Business process analysis & design, customer management, engagement team management, outsourcing (including managing outsourced providers & delivering as an outsourced provider), P&L management.

Cyber Security: Experience with security technologies (FW, SIEM, IDS/IPS, WAF, endpoint security, IVS/EVS), penetration testing, vulnerability management, threat management, IT security and compliance.

As Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Sitel Group Brazil, Laurent Delache oversees all aspects of operations in Brazil.

Laurent brings 25 years of experience in customer experience management, IT, business consulting and contact center operations, within multi-cultural environments and specifically in the telco and financial services industries. Prior to joining Sitel in 2018, he worked for several global organizations, including Bull, Alcatel Lucent, Genesys, COPC and Aspect.
