We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) to join our dynamic Neurosurgery team in Nashua, NH. This full-time position with a balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient responsibilities. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a team of 2-3 Neurosurgeons and 4 experienced APPs to provide comprehensive care to neurosurgical patients.

Follow-up visits
Participate in inpatient rounding in collaboration with attending physicians
Contribute to patient management planning and coordination of care
Participate in on-call coverage:
Perform administrative duties during designated 4-hour weekly block

Foster a team-based approach to care within a collegial and supportive environment
Qualifications
Current licensure as an APRN or PA in NH
Prior experience in neurosurgery or a surgical specialty preferred

Job Summary:
As a caregiver at CMK, you will play a vital role in helping our clients to maintain their independence and quality of life. You will provide them with a variety of services, including assistance with personal hygiene, light housekeeping and errands, dispensing medication, and other tasks that improve the client's living environment and standards. You will also offer them companionship and support.
Responsibilities may include:
Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing.
Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises.
Prepare meals and snacks

Job Requirements:
Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or similar role is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, respectful, ethical
Must have a car.
Must currently reside in Massachusetts
