Shift Details In our community, we provide 24/7 care. Employees will consistently work one of three 8-hour daily shifts which are listed below. Day shift: 6 am - 2 pm Evening Shift: 2 pm - 10pm Night Shift: 10 pm - 6 am Full time positions will work 40 hours a week on a set shift and schedule. This role requires at least 2 years of recent experience in home health, hospice, or elder care. Duties include assisting with bathing, grooming, mobility, light housekeeping, and reporting changes in patient condition. Flexibility to travel locally and float within assigned territories is required. Weekend or holiday shifts may apply. Missed shifts must be made up as necessary. Onboarding and compliance take approximately 4-6 weeks. A voice screening and hiring manager interview are part of the hiring process.
