This may be from a college or other accredited organization. Pass the National Certifying Examination and licensure in the State of South Carolina as a Physician Assistant or Master of Science Degree in Nursing from a state approved, accredited training program. Current Nurse Practitioner licensure and maintains official recognition as Nurse Practitioner by South Carolina State Board of Nursing. • Maintains National certification and eligibility for prescription authority in South Carolina. • Minimum of at least two-years clinical experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner • Work requires the ability to exchange information on factual matters, communicate in a variety of manners with patients, staff, and explain policies of the Community Health Center. • Ability to apply sound medical judgement to carry out instructions provided in written, oral or diagram form. • Ability to solve problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
