Castings Co. in Milwaukee in 1909.

Riverside previously had been known as Zimmerman Foundry, established in 1909 as the first steel foundry in Iowa.

1930

The company acquired Nugent Steel Castings Co. in Chicago in 1930.

1980

In 1980, president Stephen Frye died of a heart attack.

1999

In 1999, Sivyer was purchased from the Everett Smith Group by Facilitator Capital Fund.
