What you'll do… · Set up and adjust production line equipment to keep operations running smoothly. · Troubleshoot and diagnose machine malfunctions and equipment issues. · Partner with Maintenance Technicians to perform repairs and preventive maintenance. · Assist in training and evaluating operators on proper machine setup and adjustments. · Maintain documentation, maintenance logs, and performance metrics for equipment. · Follow safety and food safety standards while performing all duties. · Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance line performance and minimize downtime. What you'll bring… · High School Diploma or equivalent required. · 1-3 years of mechanical or maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. · Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic, and drive systems. · Experience working with packaging or pizza topping machinery preferred. · Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). · Mechanical or maintenance-related certifications preferred. · Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices. · Ability to read and interpret machine prints, technical manuals, and maintenance instructions. · Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and work in varying temperatures (freezer to hot environments). · Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented.
